1. Responsible to manage accounting system which ensures accurate management of the company’s financial affairs.

2. Ensure proper management of internal controls, due compliance processes and corporate policies to safeguard company interest.

3. Provide top management with monthly financial and operating statements to allow review of the company’s financial status.

4. Disburse all funds for payroll, operating and capital expenditures, and all other major disbursements on behalf of the company.

5. Prepare and submit annual corporate budget for review and approval.

6. Effectively liaise with bankers and financial institutions for financial matter.

7. Responsible for the welfare of the Japanese expatriates and act as a liaison person with HQ.

8. Responsible for full spectrum human resource and administration management.

9. Responsible for the management of information system of the company.

10. Execute the responsibilities of a company director according to lawful and ethical standards.

11. Experience in watch manufacturing environment is preferred.

12. Able to write and speak Japanese fluently.

• Oversee and supervise molding process to ensure high quality products are made at the lowest cost in a timely manner and to coordinate all production requirements to all production personnel to support on time delivery.

• Perform failure analysis on major issues and lead a team on preventive action

• Perform risk assessment on parts that is deviated from approved sample

• Build up product application knowledge to define critical process control required for new project before launch

• Provide appropriate training, as well as maintain and evaluate training records of production personnel

• Organize to meet customers deadline with process engineers and technicians

• Initiate corrective actions and follow-up until resolved.

• Stop production when product quality does not conform to specifications

• Discipline and counsel subordinates

• Make further improvement of the machine parameter setting and advice on the amendment of Operation Instructions (OI)

• Support additional production related projects or task as required by the management

• Monitor daily production output and ensure to meet the delivery target

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing or related fields

• At least 3 years of experience in production process (Plastics manufacturing/processing/molding experiences advantageous) and assembly/box build knowledge

• Independent and able to multi-task in fast paced environment

• Experience in operations management

• Experience in medical devices, cleanroom, GMP environment advantageous

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Tracking and reporting of in-quarter inventory to meet Corporate Target.

· Collaborates seamlessly with diverse stakeholders, strategizing and taking action to achieve quarterly inventory goals.

· Plays a pivotal role in facilitating the long-term Inventory Outlook during the POR planning process.

· Proficiently navigates the SAP platform for real-time inventory status updates and utilization of reporting modules.

Job Requirements

· Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or Finance.

· Inventory Optimization: Proven track record of effectively managing inventory levels, optimizing stock levels to balance demand, and reducing excess or obsolete inventory.

· Supply Chain Expertise: Deep understanding of supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, procurement, production planning, and distribution logistics.

· Data Analysis: Proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools and techniques to analyze inventory trends, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
