As we continue creating momentum for our products in the APAC region and helping customers with their communications needs, we are seeking a Senior Contact Centre Engineer – Cisco / Amazon Connect. This role requires focusing on our growing On prem/ cloud customer contact centre practice leveraging Cisco Collaboration and AWS ecosystem.

What would you be doing?

• Develop & support Contact Centre projects and solutions powered using Cisco & Amazon Connect and Understanding of Cisco Unified Communication, Contact Center, or Business Video architectures.
• Able to design, deploy, and support Collaboration products with detailed experience in operation and configuration of Cisco network devices (for example, Cisco Gateways, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Presence Server, and more)
• Working and building relationships with client technology leaders to harness the benefits cloud contact center technologies.
• Development of best practice and knowledge sharing through several methods (e.g. blogposts, whitepapers, prototypes, proof of concepts, workshops, demos, breakout sessions)
• Broad technical expertise with IP Telephony-related technologies, including: Voice Gateway, Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Contact Center Enterprise, Cisco Voice Portal (VP), Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM)
• Good understanding of IP Telephony protocols, including SIP, H323, MGCP, RTP, RTCP, VXML, and different codecs.
• Experience with customer collaboration or contact center technologies, including: Agent Desktop, IVR Scripting, Contact Center Reporting, Troubleshooting
• Highly analytical, possessing significant enterprise call center / telecom implementation and operations experience.

- Creates instructions for machinist

- Convert 2D blueprint into 3D using UG or MasterCAM software

- Male calculation for programming including where materials should be cut

- Checks completed programs by running simulations or test

- Determines sequence of operations in a program

- Writes programs and modifies existing ones for increases efficiency

- Choose appropriate tool that will be needed

- Liaise with tooling department on new cutting tools that need to be purchase

- To design jogs and fixtures for complex machining process

- Troubleshoot and communicates with machinist who will use the programs

- Monitors all programs to make sure they follow the blueprints instructions and safety and successfully complete the task and comply with all safety regulations

Job Objectives

We are looking for a System/Infra Engineer to help setup, manage, maintain and troubleshoot our existing deployment and infrastructure. You will be part of a team to help achieve in ensuring the high levels of system/application availability and performance.

• Manage and monitor all installed system and infrastructure
• Install, configure, test and maintain application software, deployment and system management tools
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Committed and self-drive 8+ years of experience in deployment process
• Experience in install, configure and troubleshoot of AIX/Linux, WebLogic, iPlanet, Jboss based environments
• Experience in automation and continuous Integration
• Experience in application deployment process and tools such as Jenkins, Aldon LMe
• Having hands on experience in UNIX shell scripting & groovy, networking knowledge, knowledge in IBM MQ, connect direct, ftp/sftp, Oracle DB, administration and perforance testing tools is a plus.

• Strong technical knowledge and development experience in supporting enterprise-level Java applications.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting application issues, performing log analysis, and using monitoring tools.

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience to code in Java.

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience with Crystal report is preferred.

• Experience in Gitlab, IBM WebSphere, batch job development framework such as Quartz, Spring Batch is a plus.

• Development experience with Message Queues is good to have.

• Experience with databases and SQL query language, preferably on Oracle database.

• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and ITIL principles.

• Minimum of 1-3 years experience as Business Analyst in Airline domain
• Participate in change management which can include task as designing the training material, provide end user training, live demos e.t.c
• Develop user acceptance tests and coordinating with end users for coverage and execution.
• Support the program management with the impacts assessment for change requests.
• Provide production support in case of any incident.
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements from business users in user story format
• Experience of Payments or Cash Management
• Ability to translate structured and unstructured problems into analytical frameworks
• Ability to multi-task and work on a diverse range of requirements
