Join our team as an AV technician and take charge of operating and managing AV and video conference (VC) systems for a range of virtual and physical events. From ensuring seamless setups and tests to conducting preventive maintenance and producing maintenance reports, you'll play a vital role in keeping our AV systems running smoothly. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to building, mechanical, and electrical maintenance tasks.

The primary scope of technicians will be the AV and video conference (VC) systems. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• To operate and run day-to-day AV and VC systems for virtual and physical events.
• Plan and manage the schedule for multiple events (including multiple-day events) to ensure setup and tests are done at least 30 minutes before the event begins.
• Responsible for ensuring AV and VC systems are in good working condition by conducting predictive and preventive maintenance and daily, weekly, and monthly routine inspections of equipment.
• Produce a weekly report of the maintenance checks for filing and checking.
• Monitor and attend to maintenance service requests, investigate, and initiate corrective actions for any service and equipment breakdown or fault detected during routine checks, servicing, and maintenance.
• Maintain an asset inventory with proper labelling as well as problem and incident reports.
• Ensure the updating of the engineering systems information databases (such as drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, etc.).
