• Lead and support planning, design, architecture, implementation and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure solutions and services (data centre, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, security, backup & monitoring) incl. evaluation and adoption of new technologies in alignment with the business plans and priorities in a consistent, holistic, and cost-effective manner
• Collaborate with CoE Tech teams to ensure the infrastructure setup supports the operation needs and adhere to best practices, standards, and security guidelines.
• Source, evaluate fit-for-purpose infrastructure solutions and manage vendors to implement the solutions are implemented in good quality and on time.
• Ensure vendors execute the system administration tasks, including server provisioning, configuration, and maintenance with good quality and are maintained orderly.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Implement backup and recovery solutions to safeguard data and ensure business continuity.
• Configure and manage network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls, to support connectivity and security requirements.

• Provide training and knowledge transfer to IT staff to ensure effective operation and support of infrastructure components.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in server infrastructure design, deployment, and administration.
• Strong knowledge of server, network, storage, operating systems, virtualization and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with virtualization, cloud computing, and containerization technologies.
• Good knowledge in Nutanix, VMWare, Hyperisor, Containerization/Kubernetes technologies
