Job Overview: As an Electrical/Electronics Technician, you will play a crucial role in assembling prototype PC boards, conducting functional and environmental testing of electrical circuits, and contributing to the debugging and troubleshooting process. Under direct supervision, you'll exercise judgment and apply your technical expertise to ensure the reliability and safety of our equipment. Compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and Service Quality requirements is paramount in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble prototype PC boards with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct functional and environmental testing of existing and new electrical circuits.
• Utilize testing and troubleshooting skills to debug, test, and document equipment results.
• Stay informed about reliability and safety issues through ongoing training.
• Comply with HSE and Service Quality requirements to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in a related field of science preferred, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related technician role.
• Hands-on soldering skills and experience in manufacturing and/or field operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The Technical Training Manager shall be responsible for the following

functions:

• Technical staff are qualified, trained and developed, to plan, perform, supervise, examine and assess students as required.
• Manage the assignment of appropriately authorised instructors and assessors to conduct training.
• Ensure training materials affected by the changes in airworthiness data published by the CAAS are updated.
• Instructors and Assessors are fully trained and assessed regularly for competence and that all records pertaining to these personnel are kept up to date.
• Knowledge Examiners, Instructors and Assessors undergo a minimum of 35 hours of updating/recurrent training every 24 months relevant to current technology, practical skills, human factors, and latest training techniques appropriate to the knowledge they are approved to train or examine as specified in SAR-147.105(i). The relevant training shall be recorded and kept in the respective staff training record file.
• Contracted staff including part-time staff conforms to the requirements of SAR-147, SAR-66 and training procedures.
• All approved courses and examinations are delivered to the standard and content, at the required level of knowledge as specified in SAR-66.
• There are sufficient storage facilities, tools, equipment, materials, and publications available to perform the planned practical tasks.
• Corrective and preventive actions are carried out to address compliance issues (e.g., quality audits and investigations) to SAR-147 and Part-66 requirements.
• Plan, organise and implement the schedules for all courses, examinations, and assessment.
• Monitoring and consolidation of performance indicators for training results.
• Review and action as necessary, feedback on all training matters and performance of students and instructors.
• The Accountable Manager may delegate the duties and tasks of the Technical Training
• Manager when necessary or in his absence. Delegated staff shall be aware of current regulations and procedures. Delegation shall not absolve the primary management appointment holder of accountability to CAAS senior management. TTC maintains a list of personnel for the delegation of related duties and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Technical Due Diligence and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive technical assessments of potential investment opportunities, evaluating factors such as technical fundamentals, protocol design, competitor differentiation, and scalability.
• Deal Sourcing: Proactively engage within technical communities to identify and source promising investment opportunities, leveraging networks and industry insights to uncover innovative projects with significant potential.
• Technical Translation: Translate technical language from project whitepapers, mechanism designs, and risk prospects into clear and concise insights for the Investment Committee and other key stakeholders to support investment decisions.
• Market Analysis: Provide valuable insights and recommendations to the investment team based on technical analysis and market trends, guiding investment strategies and portfolio management.
• Portfolio Management: Maintain regular follow up with portfolio companies, reviewing their technical fundamentals, project status and providing strategic opinion while also raising pertinent questions when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in the technology sector, demonstrating leadership as a team leader, consultant, or project manager, with proven track record of providing technical solutions.
• Candidate with 1 year or project-based experience in blockchain technology, and Web 3, with technical understanding across areas such as Layer 1s, Layer 2s, zero-knowledge proof applications, and cross-chain messaging protocols, is highly preferred.
• Knowledge in JavaScript, Rust, Solidity, Circom, and other relevant programming languages.
• Strong understanding of cryptography, including expertise in elliptic curves, zero-knowledge cryptography, SNARKs, STARKs, and fully homomorphic encryption, is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in venture capital, private equity, or startup ecosystem is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to both non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for establishing positive relationships, enabling effective collaboration with project stakeholders and C-suites management.
• Passion for blockchain technology and interest in staying abreast of industry developments and emerging trends.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed design drawings using AutoCAD Software and Revit.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to develop and modify design concepts.
• Review and analyze design specifications and requirements.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive design documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
• Conduct quality checks on design drawings to ensure compliance with standards and codes.
• Stay updated with the latest software tools, techniques, and trends related to AutoCAD and Revit.
• Assist in the development and implementation of design standards and procedures.
• Support in coordinating design activities and resolving technical issues.

Requirements:
