Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute project work schedule to meet the project goals and datelines with different sector clients such as government, commercial and private.
• Prepare, update and present project work progression report in the meeting with the customer.
• Conduct system configuration setup, troubleshooting and commissioning for the ELV equipment such as CCTV system, door access card and intrusion detection system.
• Provide CCTV installation and design advise to the client during site survey.
• Manage and coordinate the contractor and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation according to the project schedule.
• Negotiate the quotation with contractor before raising up the quotation for approval by management.
• Prepare and update the project documentation such as user manual, floor plan drawing and schematic drawing.
• Provide training to the clients and end users on the system features and operation.
• Provide technical support to the maintenance team after the commissioning.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, address concerns and ensure clients are satisfied with the delivered solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• With 6 or more years working experience in the Security Industry.
• Prior experience in handling at least 5 or more engineers.

Requirement Specifications

Objective: The Contractor shall provide the Services by deploying one (1) competent personnel (“Personnel”) as Teacher Aide to support the administrative functions of the Authority.

The Contractor is required to submit together with its offer and price proposal the CVs of Personnel to be deployed. Only submitted CVs will be considered when evaluating the Contractor’s offer and price proposal.

Duration of Service: Contract Period: From 1 Apr 2024 to 30 Jun 2025 (15 months)

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5.00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes of lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services: The Services required are set out as follows:

Teacher Aide (Math)

• Prepare teaching tools (e.g. games, manipulatives) for Math lessons.
• Record the borrowing and returning of items by Math teachers.
• Check that the quantity of the Math teaching tools are in order.
• Assist teachers (in the Math room and/or foyer) for the conduct of performance tasks and hands-on activities.
• Provide administrative support (e.g. take photographs of student achievers and display on notice board, prepare certificates, and compile survey results).
• Assist in stock management in Math Department
• Any other duties as assigned by HOD/Math, Vice Principals and Admin Manager

Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel: The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Possess at least an ‘O’ level certificate or equivalant
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a school environment
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Possess positive attitude and dedication to work.
• Be a warm and friendly person who enjoys working in a school environment and interacting with people.
