Implement comprehensive management of project quality, safety, progress.
Develop construction plans, and various quality and safety control measures, ensuring strict adherence to specifications and plans.
Efficiently utilize labor resources, monitor quality changes during work, and coordinate self-inspections and mutual inspections of quality and safety.
Review project quantities and promptly handle visa procedures.
Organize the final acceptance of projects and coordinate the handling of design changes and project negotiations during construction.
Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, exceptional communication skills, and effective organizational coordination abilities.
Liaise with Party A’s supervisor, strictly adhere to assigned tasks, and comply with directives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management, particularly in construction.
Familiarity with construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
Strong problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
