As a Senior Jackpot Executive in Bukit Batok Clubhouse, you will report to our Assistant Manager, Clubhouse.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist the Assistant Manager, Clubhouse to ensure the smooth operations of the Jackpot Room.
• Lead a team of Jackpot Executives to ensure they provide prompt, friendly and professional service to players.
• Create “Wow” experiences for players.
• Assist players with food handling, machine fault and membership applications whenever necessary.
• Reconciliation of daily transactions and cash floats.
• Plan and manage duty roster.
• Accurate recording of jackpot machines’ performance.

Facilities Assistant

Work Location: Bukit Batok Clubhouse

What you’ll be doing:

• Maintain smooth operations of events/activities in the Clubhouse
• Moving tables, chairs, equipment,
• Set-up of function rooms for events,
• Manage Sound System,
• Perform checks on Members entering pool,
• Perform Safe Distancing checks
• 6 days work week (42 hrs per week)
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

We want you, if you have/are:

• Min. PSLE
• No experience required
• Good learning attitude
• Must be physically fit as carrying/moving of items is required
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Front Office Receptionist

Location: Bukit Batok Clubhouse (West area, Singapore)

We are looking for candidate to fufill the post of a Front office receptionist (Part Time).

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist members with payment of membership, facilities booking and courses
• Attend to walk in enquiries
• Answering of phonecall
• Adhoc duty as assigned from time to time

We want you, if you have/are:

• Position requires applicant to have basic knowledge in computer and knows how to use Excel and Word
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays when required
• Students who are schooling are also welcomed to apply

Work hours:

Weekdays: 830am-9pm, 830am-1pm, 1pm-9pm

Weekends/PHs: 9pm-9pm, 9am-3pm, 3pm-9pm

Salary: $10-$11 per hour
