• Developing relevant skillsets in real estate transactions for both HDB and private properties including sale, purchase, and refinancing matters, with a view to progressively assuming conduct of more complex matters
• Meeting and corresponding with clients to provide advice and manage cases
• Preparing and reviewing of legal documents
• Drafting of letters and other correspondences
• Carrying out legal research
• Providing supervision and oversight for ongoing matters

Requirements:

• A good law degree from an accredited university
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Called to the Singapore Bar with preferably 1-2 years of PQE
• Proficiency in English required, competency in other languages an advantage
• Excellent verbal communication skills, attention to detail, commitment to work tasks, and the ability to perform under pressure

Filing
- Preparation of legal documents and filling of documents for conveyancing cases. Working closely with the team in ensuring smooth completion of transactions.
Communication
- Liaising with Agents, Brokers, clients, banks and related parties for further verification and clarification.
Data Collection
- Administrative support in requesting and retrieving of necessary documents.
Scheduling of Appointment
- Setting up of appointment for client to sign legal documents with the Solicitor as well as monitoring deadlines.
Bank notices
- Preparing the bank letters to notify the bank and serve notices to complete the legal process.

Requirements:

- Meticulous, well-organised and good time management
- Fluent in English
- Able to work both independently and as a team
