Duties:

1. Work in School environment; dealing with mainly public, students, clients.

2. Good customer service skills; able to communicate well.

3. Job duties include access control, issue visitors pass, answer general enquiries, protecting clients’ premise, clocking/patrolling etc.

4. For relief, you can choose to work any numbers of day in a week (1 to 3 shifts per week). We have flexible work schedules. Each shift is 12-hours.

Requirements:

- Possess valid security licence with RTT or HCTA

Job Descriptions

• To serve as a liaison for all public relations matter for new contract
• To assist Authorities (LTA, PUB, JTC, HDB & etc) in the running of their PR programmes
• To attend meetings, briefings, presentations with Authorities
• Data entry and documentation
• Monitor and tabulate weekly report from public feedback
• Tabulate monthly report for face 2 face engagement
• Meeting with entity for areas of improvement
• Other ad-hoc duties with regards to Customer service

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Min of 5 years of experience for PRO in Construction industry.
• Experience with PUB-DTSS Project would be advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with staff at all levels, located within office and at satellite offices.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs.
• Customer Service experience will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks assigned.

Job Description:

• Report to the Project Manager & Project Director.
• Manage your team to work with project team, LTA and various stakeholders.
• Develop and implement the Communications, Stakeholder Relations and Community Relations strategy for the Project.
• Identify and manage issues and risks pertaining to the project and escalate issues and risks to the management.
• Manage responses to all project related communications matters and attend stakeholder meetings as required.
• Liaise with construction team, public and key stakeholders to respond to project in the shortest time and effectively manage concerns raised.
• Liaise with the construction team to ensure the public and stakeholders are notified in advance of works.
• Develop and communicate to the public and stakeholder awareness and risk minimization programs across inductions and presentations.
• Monitor effectiveness of the public and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Input communications and stakeholder activities into the project stakeholder database and project reporting cycles.
• Develop strategies to achieve best possible results with project KRA and KPI.
• Perform all duties in accordance with company's policies, processes, systems and procedures.
• Maintain records of all PR related cases, communications and correspondences.
• Participate in project's meeting, record minutes of meetings pertaining to the assigned project, write reports and prepare presentation slides.
• Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior/ management deem fit such as managing hotline.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in in disciplines relevant to public relations, journalism, stakeholder management, marketing or mass communication.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in communications & stakeholder management for major infrastructure projects.
• Experience in leading project or specialist function activities within major organizations.
• Good team working skills and communication skills to interest with various stakeholders.
• Have experience in LTA projects have an advantage.
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will have added advantage.
• Willing to work in site office.
