Job Description

• Record keeping of electronic and hard copy filing of legal documents
• Prepare legal and management reports
• Provide advice on contractual rights and potential liabilities
• Assist key stakeholders in reviewing internal processes for compliance and corporate governance
• Conducts periodic compliance assessment and briefing/training to relevant stakeholders, if require
• Act as Company management representative in liaising with relevant authorities and any external counsel
• Assist in setting up a framework and structure to support the management of contracts, memorandum of understanding and partnership agreements
• Assist in the filing of contracts
• Creating and maintaining document and correspondence database

RESPONSIBILITIES

Events management and Marketing Coms

• Assist in creating publicity
• Planning, conceptualization and roll out of events for TSA HQ and partners (where necessary) and volunteers
• Sourcing and liaising with key event stakeholders and speakers
• Co-ordinating all logistical requirements
• Execute event communications plan for pre, actual, and post event
• Analytics for event performance metrics

Volunteer Management

• Arrange recruitment and selection activities for volunteers.
• Market volunteer activities to increase (regular) volunteers by 10% each year
• Perform reactivation and reignition activities for passive volunteers.
• Carry out risk management measures for volunteers with the programme team.
• Design volunteer policies and processes and review existing ones.
• Conduct needs analyses and regular surveys\ for volunteer programmes.
• Conduct volunteer recognition and engagement activities.
• Conduct volunteer training programmes.
• Develop regular volunteers, especially amongst active seniors
• Ensure volunteer policies and processes are followed in programmes.
• Maintain engagement with key stakeholders and volunteers through various platforms.
• Maintain relationships with grassroots and community service organisations for volunteer recruitment.
• Maintain volunteer database and training records.
• Match volunteers to appropriate initiatives and programmes across our centres.
• Manage and nurture new and existing corporate CSR and ESG partnerships.
• Work with social service organisations, community stakeholders, corporate partners and agencies to develop volunteer programmes.
• You might be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks to support the team relating to marketing communications if the situation arises.
• Given the nature of the role, you might be required to work on weekends (fortnightly) to support various events for both HQ and centres.

Diploma/Bachelor's degree (or related experience) in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful volunteer recruitment and retainment strategies
• Ability to conduct training and briefings to larges audiences
• Ability to work with educational institutions on recruitment
