PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER

(a) Report and assist Project Manager (PM) on public relation programme in relation to the master work programme to meet the project(s) goals;

(b) To deal and manage feedbacks and complaints from the public tactfully and render full support on all press and public relations matters related to the Contract;

(c) To give advance notice to the public through distributing pamphlets, letters and other publicity materials approved by the authority prior commencement of the work;

(d) To explain and brief the public, residents, occupiers in the vicinity and proximity of the works on the impact of the construction activities before each construction stage;

(e) To arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary;

(f) To ensure that work schedules pertaining to road closure, traffic diversions, etc. are put up in advance to inform the public in order to minimize any inconvenience to them during the construction period;

(g) To provide periodic updates and disseminate information to the public in relation to the construction works;

(h) To prepare a monthly report to update on the feedbacks and complaints received and the respective actions taken against them;

(i) To promote and maintain a good relationship with the public before and during the full period of construction; and

(j) Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in any field with 5 years’ working experience as a PRO in the construction industry.

Vulnerability Assessment Security Engineer | $ 6500

The key responsibilities:

1. Review and Analyze test report provided by the Authority
2. Provide recommendations for vulnerability remediation
3. Work with technical teams to implement fixes and improvements
4. Conduct follow-up tests to verify remediation for closure
5. Update report with remediation and or waiver justification
6. Analyze periodic security alert updates and reply
7. Work with Vendor to conduct VAPT

1. Proficiency in vulnerability scanning tools such as Nessus
2. Familiarity with programming/scripting languages such as Python
3. Strong analytical skills to assess risks and vulnerabilities

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years experience in a digital marketing role
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a focus on event management
• Good knowledge of Adobe and Photoshop apps
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Ability to create innovative content on social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, Reels, etc.)

Our client is a MNC dealing with Dairy FMCG Products. They are looking for security executive currently (Singaporean/PR only, ex-police officer or other roles with investigation experience on criminal cases).

Working hours : 8am-5pm (Mon-Fri), 8am-12pm (Sat), need to do adhoc weekend or night checks on the security team.

SECURITY EXECUTIVE

This position is responsible for the overall performances of the agency Security Officers and the company’s housekeeping team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Superior in liaison with the security agency on the deployment, allocation and performance of the Security Officers.

• Enforce company rules and regulations; and standard procedures in the workplace.

• Respond to calls on emergency; incidents and accidents in the company premises, including the company dormitories in the vicinity.

• Conduct random spot checks on the company premises after office hours.

• Apprised of the current state of computer security in place in the organization
• Technically proficient and up-to-date in basic computer security policies and practices
• Proactive in preventing Cyber-Security Incident
• To perform technical security assessment for IT & Network components - Vulnerability assessment, Penetration testing, Opportunistic Hacking, Web application security testing, Security source code review etc.
