RESPONSIBILITIES

• Integrating Infra and Application System to meet the project's needs.
• Resolving technical problems as they arise.
• Informing System Manager about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.
• Support and coordinate, maintenance, patching, upgrade and troubleshooting of security systems.
• Create detection use cases and fine tune detection rules to strengthen detection and reduce false positives.
• Assist in Cybersecurity project implementations to ensure that the application development team can deliver application solutions.

Security Executive (with Security Supervisor Rank)

• Meeting with clients to discuss security issues.
• Conduct Monthly Ops Meetings with Clients.
• Respond to client queries.
• Responsible and accountable for effectively managing the day-to-day operations / allocated contract sites and staff by providing the highest quality, compliant and professional security service to its customers.
• Planning and approving security officers’ work schedule to suit operational needs.
• Overall in-charge of day-to-day operations of security personnel to the allocated sites.
• Responding to emergencies and urgent duties 24/7.
• Putting up and submitting various reports using Microsoft Office/Google and in-house software.
• Conduct security and safety risk assessment surveys of the assignments.

Qualifications:

• A Diploma in Security or equivalent discipline service Qualification is essential.
• Applicants with PLRD SS will have an advantage.
• At least 5 years' hands-on experience in an operational management or disciplined services or commercial security experience.
• Applicants must possess initiative and has demonstrated ability to work independently and be able to manage a team of at least 50 security officers at multiple customer locations.
• Applicants with financial, commercial and legal knowledge will be advantageous.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.

JOB SCOPE

The role of the Senior Security Officer is to maintain the safety and security levels of all our guests, customers, employees, tenants and service vendors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct random checks on goods and staff entering/leaving the hotel premises.

2. Perform CCTV surveillance and hotel patrolling duties, reports suspicious and or any unusual activities to the Supervisor.

3. Perform traffic enforcement patrols at hotel's driveway and carpark when necessary.

4. Ensure safekeeping of all lost and found items and record down in the Occurrence Book.

5. To be well versed with the fire alarm panel and the follow-up procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. GCE O Level or N Level equivalents.

2. Minimum one (1) year's of related experience at the Senior level.

3. Able to carry out heavy physical tasks.

4. Possess valid PLRD licence and Recognised Terrorist Threat Certificate.

The Security Operations Specialist is responsible for implementing, managing, and overseeing the operational components of our information security program. The role involves assessing and responding to security incidents, implementing preventative measures, and educating staff on security protocols and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administer, operate, and optimize security solutions, such as SIEM, EDR, DAM, FW, AV, Email Security, and PAM.
2. Conduct regular Security Incident Response exercises and drive all aspects of Security Incident Management.
3. Perform regular security reviews and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks.
4. Compile and present regular security reporting to management, stakeholders, and regulators as required.
5. Perform routine assessments of security controls to ensure functionality and effectiveness.
6. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, threats, and vulnerabilities to ensure the company's security tools and practices remain current.
7. Collaborate with different teams to ensure the secure design and implementation of applications, network infrastructure, and information systems.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in Security Operations, Security Incidents, Security Reviews, Security Reporting, and Security Training for a variety of security tools and technologies, including SIEM, EDR, DAM, FW, AV, Email Security, and PAM, among others.
2. Good knowledge of IT of different domain (Infrastructure, Network, Application, AD, Mircosoft, Cloud) would be advantageous.
3. Excellent understanding of security protocols, encryption, and other aspects of network security technologies.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
