Job Scope

Protects Company's People, Assets, and Intellectual Property.
Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager:
Develops and deploys Security Measures and Timely and Accurate Intelligence across APAC region.
Lead Security Risk Assessments Program in a complex semiconductor environment with many regional offices.
Empowers risk-based and collaborative decisions in support of current and future business opportunities and operations
Protects the organization's employees, properties and all items of value on premises from any preventable harm or danger
Develops security policies and procedures that comply with government guidelines and standards
Conducts investigations to protect organization assets
Responds to contingency events, including but not limited to bomb threats, sabotage and severe weather conditions through on-site security force or with the assistance of government law enforcement agencies
Manage security manpower services contracts, systems and control across APAC region.
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Must be able cohesively work and collaborate with internal and external shareholders on projects and or assignments as needed.
Exhibits leadership qualities that could include mentorship of junior colleagues as well as direct management of other Security Professionals
Mentor colleagues with guidance to support them in operational roles potentially including future management responsibilities within the Principal Engineer Position.
Implements best practices from local and global best Security practices through internal and external sources.
Utilize Security networking across the industry to implement best practices through technology improvements to bring GF Security to the leading edge of Semiconductor Foundries.

BS + 4-5 years of experience or
MS + 2-4 years
PhD + 1-2 year

1. Overview and understanding of CCTV remote surveillance of the command

centre

2. Understanding of physical or virtual command centre pre-prepared facility

used to provide centralized command and control by the Crisis Management

and Crisis Communication Team during a disaster or crisis.

3. Understanding the benefits of the command centre and strengthening security

Identified incident, remotely visualised critical area(s) and their surroundings

from the command centre and how to broadcast emergency messages or

notifications (such as alarms) to ensure the safety of people and property

4. Equipment for data virtualization and processing Understanding software like

VMS (Video Management System) or SCADA business software.

5. Video Analytics(Video surveillance, intelligent video, smart video, video motion

detection)

6. Emerging Technology (Capabilities in any one of the digital components,

Internet, or telecommunications)

Job scope:

1. Co-ordinating with technologies and manpower on the client site and

command centre

2. Presenting complete workflow to the client

3. Create SOP based on the technology and manpower required by the site

4. Able to prepare, and submit tenders and contract documents based on the

OBC(Outcome-based Contract) Model.

5. Able to improve the workflow and processes in the command centre

Note:

This position is a MID-CAREER PATHWAYS PROGRAMME for six months aged above 40 years willing to change their career pathway.

Upon successful programme completion candidates will be considered for full-time positions depending on their performance
