We are looking for a SOC Engineer (Shift) to join us in our mission to enhance Singapore’s competitiveness as a trusted ICT hub for citizens and businesses. This role will be a 2-year rolling contract employment.

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Act as Incident first responder, reviewing and verifying system alerts
• Perform security incident discovery, triage, and remediation plan coordination.
• Daily analysis of SIEM events to identify malicious events and define use-cases to alert the operations team on threat events.
• Identified and onboarded assets into SIEM with all necessary use cases, dashboards, and reports.
• Monitoring of security procedures and practices; recommend optimizations and improvements when gaps are identified
• Provide support on IDS, SIEM, vulnerability management systems (VMS) and advanced endpoint detection/prevention.
• Escalate security incidents using established policies and procedures
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the SOC Manager

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Experience with analysis of server, network and web security events.
• Working experience with SIEM and VMS support tools.
• Security certifications like SSCP and CISSP will be an added advantage
• ITILV4 foundation certified is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
• A team player and can also work on own initiative.
• Willing to work on 12-hour shift pattern.

Your main missions and responsibilities will be:

• Rolling out Hotel Management Agreements and Hotel Franchise Agreements based on standard process
• Negotiating with owners and legal advisors of Hotel Management Agreements, and Hotel Franchise Agreements and all related documents
• Preparing and adapting template documents related to the management and franchising of hotels in different legal environments and jurisdictions
• Following-up on related legislation changes with the support of external advisors
• Cooperating with the compliance team in relation to KYC review process for hotel management deals and other related compliance matters
• Providing legal support to management operations teams
• Engaging with external legal counsel to address foreign jurisdiction legal matters (corporate legal requirements, due diligence, registration requirements, etc.)
• Ensuring documents are compliant with Accor Group policies & procedures and maintaining an understanding of the impact of any changes in Accor Group policies, organizational structure, and procedures
• Preparing and implementing branded residences related documentation based on standard process
• Ensuring and implementing due diligence in relation to Hotel Management Agreements and Hotel Franchise Agreements
• Liaising with Accor Group departments in relation to intellectual property matters
• Preparing and implementing technical support documentation regarding hotel development projects
• Liaising with other departments involved in the development and operation of hotels (e.g. IT, Technical, Distribution, Loyalty, Sales etc.)

The Security Director is a strategic leader on the Global Security Team reporting directly to the Senior Director, Global Security. They will be responsible for bridging gaps between security strategy and process implementation in the APAC region and will identify and execute on actions which will improve the performance and efficiency of the security organization and its operations. This leader will directly manage team members, programs, and initiatives at a global level to include operations in Asia Pacific and Europe.

• Advises the senior management team on all security related issues and activities.
• Supports the development of annual security-centric planning, budgeting, and implementation activities.
• Leads the collaboration effort between Regional Security Teams and other internal function groups in successfully identifying, investigating, and mitigating economic loss and other risks to the Company
• Advances and supports the Security team in providing and tracking ongoing Programs training, interventions, and other security-centric activities.
• Develops and implements solid business and security-centric value measure metrics, trending, and benchmarking
• Manage the regional departmental budget
• As a leader, they will dedicate significant time to develop and retain talent, and to enable her/his senior team members to build and implement (“in the field”) institutional global, corporate security programs
• Provide regular security briefs and emergency updates were appropriate for the regional executive leadership teams
• Facilitate and maintain security operations and emerging security technologies
• Ensure ongoing external networking with peer organizations
• Participates in budget preparation and takes necessary actions to control and reduce costs

Provide guidance regarding sanctions-related questions and issues; thereby supporting Businesses (1st Line of Defence) establish appropriate organization and control structures to process transactions in a well-defined and compliant environment. Interface with client service officers on transaction- filtering related requests and decide on these in full compliance with all applicable sanctions regulations as well as the DB's policies and procedures. Continuously monitor the sanctions regulatory situation in the region. Support in the translation of external developments of the legal situation into potential policy adjustments for the Bank. Ensure diligent review of transaction-filtering related requests and decide on these in full compliance with all applicable sanctions regulations as well as the Bank's policies and procedures. Investigate and review transaction payment messages escalated from Regulatory Filtering Operations to APAC Sanctions for potential sanctions or policy violations. Support all Sanctions-related aspects in deal team activities, including the drafting of sanctions clauses. Support sanctions-relevant reporting obligations involving countries in the APAC region to the competent authorities. Handle and respond to inquiries from regulatory authorities as well as internal or external auditors and business lines regarding sanctions observance. Conduct of training or briefing sessions to Business and other Infrastructure units within the APAC region. Participation in global and regional calls to update on regional developments and issues may be required. Reporting of any sanctions breaches to the AFC Sanctions Breach Team. Identification of any sanctions relevant gaps in existing processes and addressing these with relevant stakeholders. Your skills and experience: Minimum 7 years' relevant Sanctions experience within a Financial Institution or Investment Bank providing Sanctions Advisory service directly to internal and external stakeholders. Proven experience with Regional and Global Sanctions policies & Governance cutting across APAC region. Proven Project Management experience in Sanctions related initiatives, with the ability to lead a small team, while providing stability re: business-as-usual activities. Possesses attention to detail and being meticulous in reviewing sanctions-related issues for all escalations from Business units and APAC locations. Proven stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate (verbal and written) clearly to Business units and APAC locations substantiated assessment/position and recommend follow-up action. Self-starter, proactive and independent, exercises flexibility in addressing contentious issues, principled, and action-oriented individual. Proven experience in managing teams with diverse cultural backgrounds. Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
