In this role, you will provide compliance advice, new product and business reviews, incident management, and Line 2 monitoring and oversight over compliance on OTC derivatives transaction reporting activities (predominantly in Hong Kong and Singapore). You will also be exposed to a varied portfolio of work and act as a trusted advisor working closely with staff at all levels. You will provide advice and engage the businesses, perform regulatory gap-analysis and risk assessments, assist in audits, maintain policies, and contribute to various projects to ensure compliance with new regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks and policies. What you offer Prior experience in advisory on OTC derivatives transaction reporting regulatory requirements in Singapore and/or Hong Kong is required and working knowledge of financial regulations such as ASIC, EMIR and applicable CFTC rules would be an advantage Prior knowledge in the financial markets and OTC derivatives products would be beneficial Strong risk and control mindset and effective interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate across a wide spectrum of business stakeholders and functions. Ability to proactively identify and analyse complex problems and recommend viable solutions.
