Job Description

• Prepare detailed design reports, calculations, and drawings.
• Participate in preparing tender documentations.
• Prepare submissions to statutory agencies/ authorities.
• Coordination with external consultant teams, architects, contractors, and client to resolve project issues.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized University and eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore).
• Conversant with local codes and authority submission procedures
• Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills
• Have good knowledge of engineering design software such as Etabs, Prokon, SAFE, Plaxis etc.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in SINGAPORE.

• Assisting Corporate Secretary in handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for our client but not limited to company incorporations, striking off of companies, preparation of directors' and shareholder resolutions
• Ensuring compliance in accordance to relevant statutory requirements, maintenance of statutory registers of statutory returns
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to the Company’s Legal and Compliance team on areas such as technology and media, IP, data protection (PDPA, GDPR etc.), labour and corporate issues;
• Review, advise on, draft and front negotiations (if necessary) on commercial agreements, including but not limited to tender documents, service agreements and NDAs;
• Assist in implementing and streamlining legal policies/workflow initiatives that support the overall corporate objectives;
• Ensure compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations, and other corporate formalities;
• Assist in implementing compliance programs;
• Advise on legal disputes;
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and provide updates to the Company and/or the Legal and Compliance team in the event of any such changes;
• Assist in various KYC- and Compliance-related matters;
• Carry out staff briefings and training sessions; and
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A Singapore-qualified lawyer with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience. Newly called lawyers are also invited to apply.
• A proactive team player and a self-motivated individual with leadership capabilities, possessing high professional ethics, strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• A savvy, creative and confident negotiator who is a good value-add partner to the sales team.

As a Junior SIEM Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and tuning of our SIEM-based product. You will work closely with our team of experienced engineers, cybersecurity experts, and data scientists to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of our security monitoring and threat detection capabilities. Role and Responsibilities

The candidate is expected to perform the following duties:

• Assist in the design, development, deployment and implementation of SIEM-based features and functionalities for our security platform solution.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, data scientists and Universities partners to configure and optimise SIEM rules, alerts, and correlation rules to improve threat detection accuracy.
• Participate in the analysis and investigation of security events, providing timely incident response and remediation support.
• Support the research and development of new defensive techniques against the latest cybersecurity attacks.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of SIEM documentation, including standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Monitor and analyse security logs, network traffic, and system events to identify potential security breaches or vulnerabilities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cybersecurity, AI, and ML to propose innovative solutions for continuous product improvement.

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management experience.
• Familiar with Office productivity tools for Scope of Work document writing, tender submissions and customer presentations.

• Familiarity with SIEM concepts and tools (e.g., Splunk, Elastic Stack (Elastic / Elasticsearch / ELK), QRadar, Wazuh) is a bonus.
• Knowledge of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, with certifications is a bonus.
• Basic understanding of networking protocols, systems administration, and cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret security-related data.
