 Perform daily GL & reconciling differences.

 Bank and intercompany reconciliations, performing timely investigations and follow-up on outstanding transactions.

 Perform month-end closing of books, raising journal entries for monthly revenue and accruals, amortization, depreciation and other recurring items.

 Manage the Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable process including booking of entries and payment, ensure the local GST is properly accounted for, including debit and credit notes.

 Prepare audit schedules for external auditors and liaison with auditors.

 Assist in preparing returns for corporate income tax, GST and other indirect taxes are submitted, payments made on time and all relevant regulations are complied with.

 Assist in other accounts work related task and cover other colleagues when necessary.

We are looking for a self-motivated, meticulous and committed individual to join the Representation and Law Reform department. The successful candidate will be required to perform committee administration and legal administrative work, as well as provide support for the work of the Law Society’s Practice Committees, for the benefit of the Society’s members and the legal profession.

Responsibilities

• Organise and take minutes for Practice Committee meetings and meetings with the Courts and other external stakeholders
• Perform legal administrative work, including collating and consolidating legal inputs, as well as basic legal research and legal drafting
• Support and facilitate the work and various initiatives of the Council of the Law Society and the Practice Committees

Requirements

• A Diploma in law
• At least 2 years’ of experience as a paralegal or legal support staff in a law firm
• Experience in supporting transactional or corporate work will be an asset
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong language ability with demonstrated proficiency in written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently but also as a team player
• Good administrative and organisational skills
• Highly ethical, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality

• Familiar with authorities' submission requirements for engineering projects.
• Familiar with civil structural designs and BIM will be an advantage.

Reporting directly to the Global Head of IT, your role involves:

• Lead a team of IT Service Analysts, ensuring the users from Asia and Europe are well supported
• Develop and implement service delivery processes, best practices, and SLAs to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure they are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
• Monitor service performance metrics and generate reports to track team productivity, user satisfaction, and service quality.
• Proactively engaging on all high priority incidents, identify under-reported issues and flag potential. This includes reviewing closed tickets are closed with root cause analysis and preventive action
• pitfalls. This includes conducting period (weekly and monthly) service operation meetings
• Enhancing IT processes and workflows pertaining to incidents, significant escalations, service request management, change management, asset management, and problem management

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in IT Service Management. At least 3 years of experience managing a team. Provide track record in managing external vendors is required for this role.

Experience with Cyber Security, IT Risk and IT Governance will be highly preferred.
