Job Description:

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key media publications and journalists
• Manages all media pitches and engagement activities, including organising of press briefings, interviews for senior management and development of press materials
• Tracks, measures and monitors mainstream and social media sentiments to understand stakeholders’ perspectives and refine key messages/ narratives
• Acts as a trusted advisor to HR, business heads and other colleagues to ensure alignment of messages and tonality. This also includes being part of a bigger Crisis Comms team to develop crisis management plans in consultation with other business units and stakeholders outside of the organisation
• Develops comms plans in support of organised or other sectoral-level events to raise the visibility of the brand and secure coverage for senior leadership.
• Proactively seeks out opportunities for stakeholder engagements or partnerships that can foster positive brand association and maximise brand exposure for the organisation
• Works effectively within the division to harmonise plans and ensure alignment of key messages and publicity outcomes for other campaigns that runs.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of monthly financial accounting from preparation, reconciling, closing, reporting, cashflow forecasting and budgeting.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities & external parties (external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities) to support and ensure compliance with all statutory and internal finance & tax filing requirements, audits, procedures, and forms.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in similar capacity
• Working experience in construction or real estate industry preferred

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Hand-on experience with ACCPAC system is an added advantage

To supervise the construction of bored tunnel structures in compliance with the requirements of the BCA ACT & Regulation, and to the requirement of the contracts with the client. Lead a team of Resident Technical Officer in the supervision works. Minimum 3 years of supervision experience in civil engineering projects. Underground/tunnelling supervision experience will be an advantage. Registered Resident Engineer by IES/ACES.

Key Responsibilities:

Vulnerability Scanning:

• Conduct regular vulnerability scans of designated network segments and systems using industry-standard tools (e.g., Tenable, Nessus).
• Configure scans according to established schedules and scope.
• Document and maintain scan configurations, historical results, and schedules.

Analysis and Reporting:

• Perform basic analysis of scan results, identifying critical vulnerabilities and potential risks.
• Perform basic assessment of vulnerabilities, to input CVE advisories to vulnerability reports.
• Prepare clear and concise reports with vulnerability summaries, risk levels, and suggested remediation actions.
• Distribute scan reports to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Stakeholder Communication and Follow-up:

• Collaborate with system owners and IT teams to provide context for findings and facilitate remediation efforts;
• Conduct weekly follow-ups with stakeholders to track remediation progress and identify any obstacles;
• Track and manage remediation follow-ups according to protocol and established processes;
• Escalate unresolved vulnerabilities or remediation delays to management, as needed.

Status Reporting:

• Create regular status reports on remediation progress for management review.

Requirements :

• Diploma with at at least 2 years' relevant experience in an IT or information security role;
• Demonstrated experience managing vulnerability scanning tools (Tenable, Nessus, Qualys, etc.);
• A good understanding of common network vulnerabilities and remediation techniques;
• Basic knowledge of security standards and best practices (e.g., OWASP, NIST);
• Capability to understand and interpret CVE technical documentation;
• Ability to analyse scan results, interpret technical data, and identify risks;
• Detail-oriented and organised with the ability to track progress across multiple stakeholders.
