Key Responsibilities

• Administer the building regulations on the safety of the façades, including cladding, curtain wall and exterior features eg. windows and air-conditioning units, of buildings.
• Carry out site inspections and follow up with building owners to take measures in ensuring the safety of building façades and assess their structural integrity and safety.
• Develop new policies, regulations and initiatives to enhance the safety of the building façades.
• Carrying out R&D works on façade inspection technologies.

Requirements

• Singaporean.
• Minimum DEGREE and above.
• Good understanding of façade materials behaviours
• Working experience in structural design and analysis of buildings.
