Job Description

Primarily responsible for business development which includes achieving his/her location’s
Key Result Areas (KRAs) as determined by Agency Management

· Responsible for overseeing the success of his/her location’s sales activities and
managing the overall production numbers together with his/her SDOA.

· Strategic and Operational Alignment. Roll out strategic plans of company to agency
force and align agency leader’s goals and expectations accordingly. To minimize the
gap between management and agency force.

· Driving the company’s key initiatives and growth by working together with the SDOA
to strategize and plan for location sales activities and programs

· Develop positive business relationships with relationship with assigned agency
groups and internal stakeholders.

· Liaise with Operational teams for underwriting, after sales supports.

Job Requirements

· Education – Degree Holder Experience

· Preferably with at least 3 years working experience in relevant industry.

· Sales experiences in insurance/investment sales is preferred

· Certifications/licenses – CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, HI Special skills preferred

· Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word & PowerPoint

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task

· Sharp business acumen, adaptable and team player

About the Role

Job ResponsIbilities

The incumbent will be responsible for delivering agency growth along with development objectives through close partnership with Agency force.    

• Foster and deepen rapport with agency groups assigned to meet and exceed growth targets in terms of sales productivity and manpower numbers.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities or leads generation ideas to create sales platforms.

• Involve and work on special initiatives to drive Company’s strategic objectives towards Digitalisation and Customer centric agency culture.

• Drive and implement company initiatives for agency including agency recognition events and agency campaigns.

  Drive desired product mix to achieve best needs basis for customers.

• Work with agency groups assigned to uphold compliance and competency standards

• Liaise with Operational teams for new business applications.

Job Requirement 

• Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Financial Services 

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Financial Services Industry

• Good understanding of the insurance industry and products

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Strong business acumen, adaptable and team player
