Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A master’s degree or additional certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on eService platforms or digital solutions in a wholesale or B2B environment.
• Proven experience in leading functional teams or projects, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
• Strong understanding of wholesale business processes, customer needs, and market trends.
• Proficiency in using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms for managing requirements and project documentation.
• Experience with process modeling tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making and platform enhancements.
• Basic understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles to collaborate effectively with design teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess current Return-to-Supplier (RTS)/ Customer service processes in conjunction with the upgrade to SAP S4 Hana following a global template model.
• Develop strategies and initiatives to optimize processes and enhance operational performance.
• Lead business analysts and technical consultants to drive process improvement workshops and initiatives with business stakeholders.
• Facilitate process redesign workshops to identify business process pain points, root causes and robust, scalable solutions to drive process efficiency and customer experience improvements that align vendor solutions to client requirements.
• Design future-state solutions through data analysis to understand current process performance, identify improvement opportunities and challenge current-state processes.
• Partner with IT teams to leverage the upgraded SAP S4 Hana platform and global template for RTS processes. Identify opportunities to maximize the benefits of the new technology, streamline workflows, and improve data accuracy through system integration and automation tools.
• Document business processes using industry standard business process modelling notations BPMN 2.0, and promote standardization and consistency.
• Partner with IT teams to leverage technology solutions and automation tools to streamline RTS processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance system integration.
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of RTS processes. Continuously track performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for further optimization.
• Occasional overseas travel can be expected.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience (at least 6-10 years) in business transformation with minimum 3-5 years in leading process redesign (RTS) and implementation, preferably in a business transformation or ERP implementation context, ideally in a consulting environment
• Experience with manufacturing industry particular dealing with processes such as spare part, warehousing, procurement, repair and warranties.
Knowledge and deep understanding of RTS processes, accounting principles, procurement practices, and supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated ability to independently design, decompose and document business processes using BPMN 2.0
• Understanding of continuous improvement, and business and process architecture
• Strong client facing skills including top notch written and verbal communication
• Experience in multiple industry sectors, particularly Consumer product sectors or manufacturing industry
• Experience in the application of methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Experience in standard organisational processes such as RTS
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP) or SAP Hana transformation is highly desirable
• Exposure to RPA and intelligent automation implementation
