Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend project and site meetings, providing regular updates and reports.
• Monitor project timelines and oversee the progress of consultants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance by liaising with building management for necessary approvals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and project-related documentation.
• Ad-hoc night work and on-site presence during construction phases.
• Prepare contract documents and review materials.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus!
• Proven experience in project coordination or management

• Knowledge of building management processes and compliance

Requirements

• Experience of working on cross border payments processing system or Payment Engine. Hands-on experience in GPP payment engine
• End-to-End payments system knowledge with detailed insights on payment file format ISO20022 and SWIFT. Experience with payments field/value mapping and validations.
• Hands on experience on payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement, Automated clearing house programs and channels.
• Extensive knowledge on payment life-cycle (Client <> Clearing) for High Value, Payments. Also, experience on handling R-Msgs.
• Proficient in Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial applications, User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Software Testing LifeCycle
• Break FSD & EPICs into developable stories for developers by creating linkage & traceability of requirements.
• Should have high experience in creating Cucumber test cases (gherkin) & working with developers in Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
• Functional automation of Test cases using SOAP UI / Selenium and other automation tools
• Should be experienced on Agile tools (Atlassian), BA tools (MS Word, Excel, MS Visio), QA tools and standard documents

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of hands-on experience in payment systems and good understanding of payments domain.

• Good understanding of overall end-to-end cash management ecosystem
• Hands-on experience in Payment Engine Implementations - In house payment engine or vendor payment systems.

• Knowledge of all phases of IT system development and implementation life cycle

• Experienced with working in an agile team, or certified with agile CSM / PSM or PMP
• Relevant degree in computer major or engineering major
• Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira and Azure TFS
• Advanced knowledge and practical usage of SQL, troubleshooting and optimizing stored procedures/functions
• Knowledge in CI/CD platforms such as Github, GitLab or AzureDevOps
• Exposure to API development is strongly desired, including writing test cases for API and execute with testing tools such as Swagger or Postman
• Knowledge and understanding of programming language such as Java, C#, C++ and PowerShell is helpful
• Experienced with Spark, MSBI and Control-M for ETL projects
