Job Descriptions

• Provide administrative assistance, including organizing meetings and taking meeting minutes, managing schedules, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations related to business development and project management tasks.
• Track and report on business development initiatives and project milestones, analysing key metrics to ensure timely clientele account receivable/payment performance.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to address concerns, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams (admin, finance, IT and operations) to ensure alignment between business development goals and project execution.

Job Requirements

• Minimum “A” levels and above.
• 5 years of working experience is preferred, however fresh graduates are acceptable.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic software applications.
• Possess social and interpersonal skills with corporate clients.
• Possess basic inventory management skills.
• Ability to manage project delivery.
• Excellent attention to detail and perform accuracy in work details.
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal/social skills.
• Able to work independently and able to collaborate work with others.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual fluent in Japanese to join our team as a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering relationships and driving business growth within our Japanese market segment. You will play a pivotal role in facilitating recruitment processes and fostering relationships with Japanese-speaking alliance partner. Your fluency in Japanese language proficiency will be essential in effectively communicating with Japanese-speaking clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will work closely with the oversea recruiters to ensure successful placement of candidates while maintaining client satisfaction and profitability.

Job Descriptions

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand various industries, with a focus on sectors where hiring of talented professionals are in demand. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and talent availability to inform recruitment strategies.
• Report and consultation: Cultivate strong partnerships by understanding alliance partner and business objectives and provide expert advice and consultation to business partner regarding their recruitment requirements. Preparing weekly update and monthly report of the business progress.
• Collaboration & negotiation with overseas recruiters: Ensure clear communication of position requirements, client's expectations, and candidate profiles to facilitate successful placements. Conduct negotiations with clients to finalize terms of engagement, including service fees, contract terms, and candidate offers. Strive to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Job Requirements

• Fluency in Japanese language proficiency (written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with Japanese-speaking partners or clients.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of market research methodologies and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with Japanese-speaking clients.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop effective recruitment strategies and solutions.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to drive consensus among stakeholders.
• No relevant working experience is required; however, candidates must demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and a passion for recruitment.
• Training will be provided to develop the necessary skills and expertise.

Work Location

• Jurong East (5 minutes’ walk from MRT station)
• Moderate frequency of traveling may be required depends on the business need.
