Job Objective: To support and assist in company Business development, in terms of sales, marketing, operations, and oversea expansion within the EU region.
Targeted Territories: Europe (Western Europe) or Asia Pacific
Job descriptions:
1. Research, expand & penetrate to develop new customers for western EU region or Asia Pacific Region.
2. Build Customer relationship with existing and new customers to increase the sales figures.
3. Develop a sales team to handle the customers within your targeted regions.
4. Managed and ensure allocated territory (Western Europe) meets monthly sales target set by company.
5. Propose and improve company infrastructure in terms of sales, marketing, and operations.
6. Work with the HQ to ensure strategies are aligned with group objectives.
7. Ensure office administrative & sales documentation are organized.
8. Weekly/ Monthly sales and progression report submission.
9. Other Ad hoc duties required by management or manager.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 Years experience in business development, sales, or a related field is valuable.
- Willing to learn, take challenge and multi-task
- Desire to be a future leader in Business Development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strategic, thoughtful, and creative
- Networking skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Good team leader and player
- Knowledge in Marine Industry, Pump and general engineering will be an advantage.
