• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote our brand and identify potential partners.
• Support regional channel partnerships team to negotiate partnership agreements and key commercial terms, ensuring alignment of interests and clear expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field. MBA or advanced degree not a must but considered to be a plus
• 7-8 years of experience in business development, partnership management, and related roles within fintech/ technology.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and innovation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strategic thinker who can analyze complex issues, develop actionable insights, and drive results.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving change.
• Knowledge of the fintech ecosystem players and/or previous experience in driving partnerships will be preferred.

As part of the CEO office, you’ll be responsible for working closely with the executive team to drive key strategic initiatives across the globe. You are a self-starter and independent thinker with exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of handling highly sensitive and confidential information while supporting a rapidly changing organization.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and manage selected cross-functional deep-dives and special projects on business gaps / cases issued by CEO, whether focused on revenue growth, cost optimisation, organizational effectiveness, M&A etc.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure they are well-informed of their roles in each project, negotiate timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Prepare and update materials for business reviews and related activities, highlighting progress towards goals, key risks and dependencies
• Be a sounding board to working-level project teams and/or stakeholders with objectives to resolve inefficiencies and roadblocks, and to keep the projects against its agreed timelines
• Take a data driven approach to ensure overall healthiness of the organization
• Work cross functions to deliver IPO readiness

What you bring:

• 6-7 years of experience, preferably with a fast growing tech startup or top-tier strategy/management consulting or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills essential
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Self-starter that can identify and prioritise opportunities to focus on
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Technology, financial services and/or experience in a high growth environment is advantageous
