Job Summary:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Project Managers to manage complex infrastructure, hardware, networking, cloud, and security projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple IT Systems Integration projects across various industries, ensuring successful delivery within budgeted resources and time.

We are looking for candidates who has:

Project Management Experience

• Extensive experience in implementing large complex infrastructure, hardware, networking, cloud, security projects as Project Manager in SI/Vendor/Product Principal environments (main experience). Project Management experience in projects such as SaaS business applications, Infrastructure as Code (IAC), ETL, analytics and custom development as secondary project management experience.
• Ability to project manage multiple IT Systems across multi-industry clients.
• Sound decision making, continuous improvement mindset and calm leadership of project team under the pressures of resource, budget and time constraints.
• Work closely with technical leads, engineers, partners to manage project delivery.

Project Management Best Practice

• Confidence and strength in articulating and leading members to follow project management methodologies Waterfall / SCRUM / Agile.
• Strong and consistent in using PMO Project Management Best practices, tools and techniques for client projects Efficient in management of time, scope, cost, quality issues, risks, change requests and internal/external/client escalations.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets effectively and experienced in project financial reporting.

Project Management Pre-Sales Engagement

• Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales Solution Architects to document and present solutions during proposal stage.
• Tender response, SOW, project planning, project roadmaps, project effort estimation, project organization chart.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate between technical, business teams and executive “C” level clients.
• The ideal candidate should project a professional image, demonstrating excellent written/verbal communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Professional Client Interaction

• Interact courteously and professionally, addressing client needs and inquiries.
• Maintain a polished appearance and confident demeanor during client engagements.
• Communicate clearly, build rapport, and foster positive client relationships.
• Promptly resolve client concerns and handle issues effectively.

Qualifications:

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / computer engineering or a technology equivalent.
• PMI PMP Project Management Professional, CSM Certified Scrum Master / Agile certifications is compulsory.
• At least 5+ years of project management experience with majority of years in Infrastructure/Hardware/Networking & Monitoring/Cloud/Security Systems projects.
• Majority of Project Management experience from SI/Consultancy/Technology Product Vendor environments.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.

Advantageous to have:

• PMP Program Management Professional Certifications, MSP Managing Successful Programs

Must-have Project Management Experience in 3 or more of these Infrastructure/Cloud areas:

• Cloud ecosystems / IaaS Project Management: AWS Cloud, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Google Cloud, Microservices, API, CICD, DevOps, RedHat, Snowflake, On Premise to Cloud Migration

Key Responsibilities:

• Retain and grow customer accounts with incremental commitment
• Develop and leverage relationships to improve customer retention
• Manage renewal process and negotiate multi-variable contracts
• Develop strategy to ensure assigned accounts are renewed on a timely manner
• Monitor outstanding renewals and develop a robust follow-up system
• Contacting and follow-up with customers and partners to ensure a timely renewal process
• Preparing renewal quotes for current contracts
• Cooperating with the sales team and assist in selling renewals and promoting up-sell opportunities
• Be the principal point of contact for key customers and leverage on the internal resources to meet their requirements
• Act as the customer champion with consistency on areas of improvement and initiatives to retain our customers through better product and service output
• Provide accurate and timely forecasts on a periodic basis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in a sales capacity within the technology or software industry preferred
• Strong understanding of SI services and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver large complex infrastructure, custom development, software SaaS implementation projects, managing a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business for diverse clients
• Have a firm grasp of the interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
• Providing sound decision making and calm leadership to the team under the pressures of resource, budget and time constraints
• Ensure on time, on budget projects by delivering predictable and reliable cost estimating, management and forecasting for portfolio of projects.
• Demonstrate functional and technical acumen in supporting how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices
• Take the lead in using PMO Project Management Best practices, templates, policies, tools for client projects
• Ensure quality across all aspects of the projects program to deliver successfully with no major issues at go live; this includes effective management of change, risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
• Adhere to PMO Project Management governance (policies, standards, guidelines) on successful delivery outcomes e.g. industry compliances, delivery frameworks/playbooks, port-mortem reviews, documentations
• Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the attainment of strategic objectives
• Ability to ensure continuous delivery within multiple projects for seamless operations.
• Communicate with key stakeholders to obtain required data and secure stakeholders' buy-in for recommended solutions.
• Work closely with all technical group to manage and coordinate resourcing of technical skills to handle project and services delivery,
• Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales to progress new opportunities during deal proposal, reviews i.e. demand analysis, demos, tenders, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors' degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a technology equivalent
• At least 12+ years of experience with 3 years in Infrastructure related projects and preferably 3 years in Software Development/API/Software SaaS/ETL/Data Migration related projects environment
• Infrastructure hands-on setup experience (Operating system/database server/storage/backup/networking/cloud), Technology Consultant, Business Analyst, Trainer, Developer in early part of Career
• PMP certification is compulsory
• SCRUM/Agile certification is good-to-have
• Demonstrated project management experience handling multiple projects simultaneously with proven record of successful delivery
• Good knowledge and experience of all stages of the project and program lifecycle, including development of business cases, mobilization of projects.
• Experience in handling large Enterprise RFQ/RFP and government tender is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets effectively and experience of financial reporting
• Experience in delivering infrastructure projects (data centres, cloud).
• Understanding of on-premises (data centres, virtualization, hyper-converge, security) and cloud ecosystems - AWS, Azure, Huawei, Alibaba
• Understanding of the infra stack i.e. x86, Unix, storage, networks, security, desktops/laptops/devices, servers, backup solutions
• Experience in delivering ITIL projects and Cloud Application Systems/Integration development Projects will be an advantage
• Knowledge of IT lifecycle management
• Knowledge of ITSM - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Patch Management
• Ability to successfully manage and coordinate project teams comprising of both technical and business teams
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate between technical and business teams
• Able to interact with various levels of internal and external stakeholders both in written and verbal forms
• Ability to efficiently understand client organizations culture and business model to tailor relevant project management practice
