Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst who is fluent in both Mandarin and English, with substantial experience in Anaplan. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, developing solutions, and working closely with stakeholders to implement Anaplan-based models that drive business efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and requirements.
- Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, and business processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance business performance.
- Anaplan Implementation and Management:
- Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models and modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into Anaplan solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Anaplan applications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Liaise with stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to maximize the use of Anaplan solutions.
- Data Management and Analysis:
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Anaplan models.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for Anaplan models and business processes.
- Create and distribute regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills:
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Anaplan implementation and management.
- Proven experience working in a bilingual environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Anaplan, including model building, maintenance, and optimization.
