Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules for projects, including critical paths, milestones, and deliverables.
• Utilize scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to create and manage timelines.
• Coordinate and allocate resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements.
• Analyze resource availability and forecast potential constraints to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Track project progress against the baseline schedule and update stakeholders on any deviations.
• Work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with the project schedule.
• Facilitate meetings to review schedules, identify risks, and discuss mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed schedule reports for clients, management, and stakeholders.
• Ensure schedules comply with contractual obligations, industry standards, and company policies.

Job Requirements:

• The Planner shall possess at least 5-10 years of relevant construction experience with at least 5 years of experience in development and/or review of project schedules for every phase of the construction project lifespan by using Primavera P6;
• The Planner shall possess a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or relevant discipline;
• The Planner shall have experience in scheduling for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of works;
• The Planner shall possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point and Word; in addition, the Planner shall also be proficient in Primavera P6;
• The Planner shall be able to work independently, a strong team player and to handle fast paced projects;
• The Planner shall have good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels and have good presentation skills.

Job Description

• Preparation of bidding and tender proposals for Site Supervision projects.
• Define staffing requirements and manage the allocation of internal and third-party resources to the project.
• Consult with top management on the need to hire external personnel.
• Brief the project team members on the project details, objectives and timelines.
• Ensure the smooth execution of awarded projects, staying within budget and meeting deliverables.
• Review and track project deliverables to ensure quality and on-time completion.
• Supervise and guide the team to ensure effective performance and project success.
• Represent the Company in client interactions to resolve project related issues.
• Advice Finance department on client invoicing and payments to sub-consultants/vendors.
• Work together with director and top management to secure new projects in both the private and government sector.
• Support top management in improving the working environment and business competitiveness.
• Conduct site inspections or technical audits when necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Determine and identify new business opportunities by analyzing business needs in the Government Sectors.
• Preparation of business development plan, define and follow up which in line with the sales targets and objectives.
• Analyze and clarify Tender Bids and RFQs (Request for Quotation) or opportunities during pre-tender and tender phase.
• Lead and organize tender preparation, reviews and submissions in order to ensure completeness in quality, technical and risk compliance, and on time tender submission.
• Consolidate and analyze technical, bill of quantities, price schedules, cost/quotes, financial data and commercial contract in order to ensure technical compliance, risks mitigation and competitiveness during tender preparation and clarification phase.
• Arrange project involvement during Tender stage and manpower planning with project to come up with project organization chart and preliminary cost.
• Enhance and consolidate quotes in order to reach target win price and to prepare Tender Evaluation for management approval for tender Operating Profit Margin.
• Lead and execute tender interview presentation in a professional manner to increase win rate.
• Lead and organize tender reviews and meetings in order to ensure completeness and quality handover to project management team.
• To manage, coordinate and conduct the sales activities to achieve sales target and profitability target for the Company.
• Handling of client and commercial issues, i.e. enquiries, terms and condition, payment schedules, complaints.
• Identify and manage calculated risk in each sales opportunity.
• Coordination of regional / global contracts.
• Provide market information and participate in direct marketing strategy or planning.
• Attend conferences, meetings and industry events to grow the pool of partners to aid in expanding the range of services.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering preferred.
• Prior experience in building engineering and construction is preferred.
• Proven experience (3-5+ years) in tendering for government projects, business development, or a similar role.
• Experience in dealing with Government Authorities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with market research, lead generation, and sales pipeline management.
• Ability to develop long-term strategies for client acquisition and retention.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth.

Either

Infrastructure Projects – Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from a

University recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) and/or

accreditation recognized by the Professional Engineers Board.

Or

Building Projects – Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying from a University recognized by the respective Professional Bodies or Professional Institutions.

At least 5 years of practical experience in the management of building (e.g. new

building, R&R and A&A projects) or infrastructure (e.g. road, drain, sewers,

services diversion) projects with contract value of $5 million and above.

The PM must be familiar with PSSCOC.

Involvement in Integrated DigitalDelivery (IDD) for project delivery and built environment industry will be an added advantage.
