Responsibilities:

• Ensure design co-ordinations and the development of 3D Models and fundamental approval are in accordance with schedule.
• Ensure 3D Models are created to capture all instructions or changes issued by Consultants.
• Coordinate the process of 3D Model development and ensure Models are delivered within the sufficient time frame for coordination of MEP and other trade works.
• To highlight discrepancies in Consultants’ drawings and obtain resolution during the process of 3D Model development.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder.
• Excellent BIM operating skills.
• At least 3 years of design coordination experience preferably in LTA project.
• Able to work independently with experience for at least two large-scale construction projects

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Develop and monitor project schedules as per completion dates simulated in contract.
• Prepare and update baseline programme, 6 months look ahead programme, 3months and 4 weeks rolling programme.
• Preparing CIP program and coordinating with SWC’s.
• Preparing Revised Baseline Programme, recovery programme in the event of major slippage in approved baseline schedule
• Prepare monthly progress report with Progress S-curve.
• Coordinate with client’s planner on programme and progress matters.
• Liaise and coordinate with departments and project team to incorporate relevant information for the implementation of the project schedule
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and external stake holders.
• Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims.

Requirements :

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction related disciplines or equivalent field from a recognized institution.
• Experience in construction planning and programme for civil work or infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.

• Experience: Have minimum 8 years of working experience in Civil Projects (at least $200milion or higher value) for this position and had completed 1 project as a LTA recognised resident surveyor
• Able to demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge in providing accurate information to the site team and clients
• A registered Resident Surveyor with Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV)

Job Description & Requirements

· Report directly to Construction Managers/ Project Manager.

· To liaise with all agencies and authorities to facilitate the work progress such as LTA, TM, RAML, ITSC, Town Councils, PUB, SPPG, SP PowerGas, NParks, Starhub & Singtel, M1, Verizon etc.

· Review, plan and schedule the site activities for diversion work.

· To coordinate with client / consultants / QP (S) on any discrepancy on the drawings or specification.

· To coordinate subcontractor meeting.

· To obtain approval and official submission from relevant authorities for any services diversion and traffic diversion within the work site.

· To supervise all excavation related work related with utilityand verify with authorities.

· To manage permit to dig system/ traffic lane closure plans.

· To attend/conduct meetings with authorities/agencies.

· To apply NCE with authorities/renew NCE from time to time.

· cables, vital utilities services and sensitive telecommunication cable (e.g. LT & HT electrical cables, PUB 300/900 mm pipe, underground sewers, M200 gas pipe and Singtel ) that affects the main construction works.

· Coordination with the utility agaencies and Authorities on the protection and or diversion of utilities that affects the main construction works.

· Supervision on utility diversion and trial trench works on site.

· Paper work for approval and coordination with utility agency such as planning, approval and meeting minutes.

· Prepare documentation required for the projects.

· Coordinate with various government and utility agencies for site clearance.

· Work with team of engineers and supervisors to execute all site works.

· Plan, schedule and monitor progress on site.

· Ensure all works adhere to planned timeline.

· Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors.

· Prepare and submit reports as required.

· Minimize environmental impact from the construction activities.

· Ensure the adherence to all HSE policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years of related working experience in LTA Projects

· Familiar with LTA procedureand road diversion works
