JOB SCOPES:
Project Management,
Oversee M&E works at construction sites.
Monitor project progression, operating cost, budget, and deadline.
Prepare project progress reports.
Coordinate with various parties (contractors, consultants, client representatives, internal teams)
Site inspections
Resolve issue arise.
Project commissioning and handover.
Drafting,
Prepare and review M&E designs and drawings.
Ensure compliances with relevant codes, regulations, and client’s requirements.
Prepare and submit shop drawing, Revit BIM for coordination, As-built drawings, Construction drawings.
Manage project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and change orders.
REQUIREMENTS:
1 year experience in managing projects related to Generator/ Data Center/ M&E Engineering.
Knowledge with Building Information Modelling (BIM).
Preferable degree in Engineering but not a must.
PACKAGE:
Basic range from $3800 - $5500, subject to relevant experiences and qualifications
