Responsibilities:
Oversee the development of the Project.
Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
Ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Managing customer satisfaction within project transition period.
Obtaining customer acceptance and approval for any variation requests.
Follow up and ensure retention sum is recovered from main contractor/projects upon completion of project.
Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
Experience in project management.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
