Job Summary:

We are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to join our team. As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on Salesforce development projects and work with experienced Salesforce professionals. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform for EBC.

Key Responsibilities:

•                    Administer and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements.

•                    Customize and Optimize Salesforce features to enhance user experience and efficiency.

•                    Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other systems.

•                    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.

•                    Analyze and document functional and technical specifications for Salesforce enhancements.

•                    Develop and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap.

•                    Define and execute the strategic vision for Salesforce to align with organization goals.

•                    Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IT teams to ensure Salesforce meets departmental needs.

•                    Collaborate with developers and administrators to implement solutions.

•                    Provide training to users on Salesforce features and best practices.

•                    Act as a point of contact for user support, addressing issues and ensuring optimal system usage.

•                    Manage Salesforce releases, ensuring smooth deployment and communication.

•                    Stay informed about Salesforce updates and assess their impact on the Organization.

•                    Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce.

•                    Implement and enforce security policies and access controls.

•                    Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into Salesforce data.

•                    Leverage Salesforce Analytics for data-driven decision-making.

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·       Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce project management experience.

·       Strong understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals, including lightning flow, process builder, and validation rules.

·       Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

·       Familiarity with Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.

·       Experience with Salesforce integrations and API development.

·       Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

·       Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

·       Salesforce/Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, oversee and ensure quality of Salesforce implementation projects from start to finish on time and within budget.
• Performs “As-Is” and Fit/Gap analyses in to map the Cloud technology’s offerings and capabilities to the Client business needs.
• Works closely with technical architects to make the bridge between the business team and IT team.
• Coordinates releases and post Go-Live materials (e.g. training documentation, training sessions).
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to adapt to changes in technology, business needs, and industry best practices.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in both Chinese and English, as to interact with users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Be approachable, friendly with good team spirit.
• Good communication with stakeholders.
• Excellent focus and time management skills.
• Personally aligned with EBC’s company purpose and values.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is typically preferred and/or 3+ years related work experience.
• Salesforce Administrator certification, such as "Salesforce Certified Administrator," is highly desirable.
• Additional Salesforce certifications, such as "Salesforce Advanced Administrator" or "Salesforce Platform App Builder," can further enhance a candidate's qualifications.
• A solid foundation and hands-on experience working with Salesforce is crucial. Candidates should have practical knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customisation, and administration.
• Ability to create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business insights and decision-making.
• Familiarity with web technologies, databases, and CRM concepts. Knowledge of programming languages (such as Apex, JavaScript) is a plus but not always required.
