PLC/SCADA Project Engineer - European Engineering MNC

Salary: $5500 max

Job Scope:

• Reporting to lead engineer and project manager.
• Directly involves in the Technical meeting with customer, analyze customer inputs and understand the requirements, such as Technical Specification, IO list, etc.
• Raise Technical Queries and clarification to customer.
• Develop drawing/documentation as required for the project; and work together with lead engineer for document submission.
• Together with lead engineer to design and develop 800xA Object Library.
• Develop test plan and procedures.
• In the absence of lead engineer, able to take the leadership and ownership.

Project Administrator / Quantity Surveyor - European Engineering MNC

2 years contract

Salary: $4300 max

5 days work week

8am - 5pm

Location: Tuas South

Responsibilities:–

· To support the Project Manager in the day to day operation at site and not limited to the below :-

· To establish and maintain the Manpower Resource tracking at site

· Preparation and follow up on the project team in preparation of the Monthly progress meeting slides, MOM, etc.

· Project Claim submission – This will involve in tracking of the work done in the previous month, and gathering of the evidence to support the work done in the previous month. Look ahead on the future months as forecast and to advise Project team to complete the work as per forecast.

· Project variation order tracking and preparation of supporting documentation as required in contract. To review with client and vendor for the required documentation for claims.

· Preparation of Purchase Requisition, tracking of order to ensure timely delivery to site, receiving the goods delivery at site.

· Review the pantry requirement and raise PR request for additional items.

· This is a site based role @ Tuas South

Planning Administrator - European MNC

6 months contract

Salary: $3500 max

5 days work week

8.30am - 5.30pm

Location: Science Park

Job Scope:

Provide daily admin. support to the planners/lead planner for job requests in the following survey stations: Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Japan & S. Korea.

Monitor and maintain central mailbox and notify planners if any actions are required

Assign job to surveyor upon confirmation from planner.

Verify the competence/qualifications of assigned surveyor(s) against the assigned job(s).

Follow up memo relating to customers’ payment and invoicing issues, obtain necessary agreements/documents and forward them to the invoicing team/Key Account Manager.

Check vessels’ schedules using Jurong Portnet, by calling agents, through emails & AIS software tool for ships’ positions; and update the N-planner accordingly.

Update N-planner promptly upon notifications from planners and/or surveyors.

Create online Smart Survey Booking jobs for customers without access to company's portal

Handle customer requests with payment issues promptly by forwarding the survey requests to the Key Account Manager and the Regional Financial Controller.

Coordinate with surveyors and planners for job assignment.

Handle requests for Ship Security Plan & Maritime Labour Convention approvals for Region Asia Pacific and Indian sub-continent and provide cost quotations.
