Key Responsibilities:
Sales Analysis and Reviews
· Perform analysis with transactional data from the company and industry to generate insights on volume and profitability by Region, Offices, Trade Lanes, and Customers
· Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
· Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to identify areas for improvement and growth
· Prepare informative, actionable and repeatable reports, summarizing and highlighting relevant business trends
· Perform monthly sales reviews using the analysis reports and review sheets
· Assessment of key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement areas during the monthly reviews
· Follow up constantly on marketing flyers to be sent to customers using CRM
CRM Ownership
· Training, implementation and proactively analysing and resolving user queries
· Continuously reviewing the sales reports, features and process available on CRM and suggesting improvements in line with key business requirements
· Designing and implementing CRM dashboards to review sales performance
· Help realize benefits by monitoring and ensuring proper usage of CRM and the sales process
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree/Masters Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
· Should be detail oriented and have sound analytical and problem solving skills
· Hands on in excel and familiar to work with the systems
· The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
· A high degree of self-motivation and drive.
· Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
