Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process orders from company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada and our own website) and overseas orders.
- Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, including order picking, product packing, arranging deliveries, generating payment links, and updating delivery status.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of product listings across all e-commerce platforms (e.g., product pricing, promotions, images).
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via web chat, phone, and email.
- Address customer feedback and handle service recovery when necessary to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for packaging materials and other operational supplies.
- Place procurement orders for supplies when stock is low to prevent disruptions in operations.
- Assist in in-store operations such as picking and packing products when needed (e.g., festive seasons)
- Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Provide administrative and operations support and other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and retail operations.
- Exposure to basic accounting and inventory management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- "Can-do" attitude, showing willingness to try new things and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenges proactively.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate product listings and order processing.
