Broad Function of Job
To comply and support the company to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
Support Management in respect of all Management Directives (both Management and Sales) and assist in planning and co-ordination of projects; and dissemination, execution and analysis of information, including reviews and progress checks.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Sales Planning & Data Reporting:
Research and analyse sales and business trends, and report information to ensure that the company remains competitive, and to achieve stronger business performance.
Understand Company's objectives to increase efforts to strengthen sales and make suggestions to improve and revamp smoother store operations.
Analyse company sales data and prepare relevant documents for dissemination to Management and internal teams.
2. System Improvement Project and Planning:
To work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
To ensure project timeline is adhered to, and objectives are met.
To monitor progress and adjust plans when needed.
Anticipate challenges and address them to minimize disruptions.
Adapt processes and make suggestions for changes to refine management practices or SOPs.
Prepare all documentations related to System Improvement Project.
3. Marketing
Research competitor business information that affects company's sales and profit performance.
To analyse the data collated and make suggestions for improvements.
