Responsibilities:

Senior Functional Business Analyst to join the AML Uplift program to support QR Management, BAU activities and various new initiatives within bank which undergoing a large transformation change.

1. Accountable for overall project business requirements elicitation

2. Driving business discussions and managing the project scope

3. Senior stakeholder management and leadership updates

4. Support the project delivery phases especially during Analysis and design and test phases.

Requirements:

1. 7-12 years of experience in Banking industry.

2. Experience as a business analyst in leading banks and delivered projects, programs of large scale.

3. Should have good communication skills and capability to drive senior stakeholders with minimal supervision.

4. Should have experience in AML, KYC, compliance domain and data analytics.

5. Experience in AI/ML and workflow applications is good to have.

• Collaborate with upper management to develop strategic programs and influence project alignment with business goals.
• Define the scope, objectives, budget, schedule, and technical requirements of projects based on strategic plans.
• Ensure smooth project execution by tracking progress and providing timely updates to management on status, budgets, irregularities, and risks.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is desirable.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in the manufacturing industry.

The incumbent will work with assigned business functions in the execution, measurement, monitoring and controls of regulatory and business processes compliance. He/she will work collaboratively to help improve internal controls and compliance.

Actively partner with stakeholders to develop departments’ standards and procedures.

Ensure proper documentation of standards and procedures through deep understanding of the business processes within each function.

Review departments’ standards and procedures to identify gaps, exceptions and deviations, illogical flows, and appropriate controls points.

Responsible for auditing of the business processes for compliance to the documented standards and procedures, which include the preparation of audit schedule, checklist, audit fieldwork and report. Collaborate with department to ensure timely resolution of issues which are not in compliance with the documented standards and procedures.

Administer documentations and distribution controls of department standards and procedures.

Prepare monthly reporting on progress and status of assigned standards and procedures development and auditing activities.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in business process compliance or internal controls.

Possess hands-on experience in SOP development and auditing.

Experience with controls and assessment of risk within complex business processes.

Good knowledge of corporate governance and internal controls requirements.

Strong analytical, investigative and risk assessment skills.

Responsibility:

1. Support the financial management of the project, financial reporting, budgeting, human resources and procurement management.

2. Updating daily financial transaction into software and produce report to the management.

3. Maintain receipts and payment vouchers, cash book, ledger and different register to Finance and Accounts.

4. Prepare Bank reconciliation, prepare monthly, Quarterly and annual financial Statement as per IFRS.

5. Sound knowledge on financial Reporting as per IAS and IFRS guide line.

6. Should have vast knowledge and user experience in accounting software Tally ERP-9 and SAP.

7. Keep records of all original agreements, contracts and Memorandum of Understandings (MoU).

8. Store and maintain updated files of all invoices, bills, vouchers.

9. Ensure security of project staff while at work.

10. Ensure all HR documents and processes are in place and up-to-date as per the staff manual.

11. Update the personal files of all existing staff and assist in the recruitment of new staff.

12. Initiate office procurement as per the staff manual and maintain stock of office supplies and undertake procurement, as necessary.

13. Prepare comparative statements justifications for purchases.

14. Liaise with different vendors and manage working relationships with the vendors.

15. Able to be on standby 24/7 due to project requirements and activated immediately as required.

16. Any other job assigned by the management as and when required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Information Systems, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Information Systems.

2. Working experience of minimum 5-7 years in related field.

3. Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.

4. Familiar with the basic rules of international tax, experience in GST, CIT, WTX and other tax declaration is preferred.
