ielo design in Singapore is looking for a project manager to manage retail and communication projects. The successful candidate must be an approachable team player and be open-minded, very organized and meticulous interested in the design world

He/she will work along with big retailers/FMCG and F&B brands. Candidates should be able to efficiently and creatively contribute to an ambitious growth agenda.

Creating and maintaining project schedules to proactively identify risks and track milestones

Managing and delivering day-to-day operational requirements of Clients on all projects

Looking for a project manager who can be responsible for overseeing the entire print production process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client’s specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Liaison: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into clear project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
2. Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure that all internal teams (design, print production) and external vendors are aligned.
3. Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with printers, suppliers, and other external partners.
4. Quality Control: Ensure the final print product meets client requirements and quality standards, troubleshooting issues in the production process when needed.
5. Budget and Resource Management: Monitor and control the project budget, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the production cycle.
6. Communication: Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, potential risks, or delays.
7. Risk Management: Identify potential issues early in the process and develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring the project stays on track.
8. Post-Project Review: Ensure the final print product is delivered as agreed, gather feedback from the client, and assess the project’s success for future improvements.

Key Skills:

• Project Management: Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Print Production Knowledge: Understanding of various printing processes (digital, offset, etc.), materials, and production workflows.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and address issues that arise during production.
• Negotiation: Skilled in managing vendor contracts, pricing, and timelines to meet project goals.

The role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of print projects, maintaining high-quality standards, and delivering results that meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the review, amendment and issuance of Employer Information Requirement (EIR) and Model Content Requirement (MCR) as per project specific requirement, support in tender evaluation and queries, review and enforce the digital implementation according to EIR and MCR as per each project.
• Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) project delivery platform OPTIMUS (or equivalent)
• Check Building Information Modelling (BIM) model quality and ensure BIM data standardization according to standards and specification at all project milestones as defined in Employer Information Requirement (EIR) and Model Content Requirement (MCR).
• Advise and support the team in the use of digital technologies and tools to integrate work processes and improve construction workflows. These include Virtual Design Construction (VDC), drone-based inspection, lidar scanning / point cloud models, 360 photo platform, and others as defined in the project’s EIR,

Requirements

• Possess a Tier 2 Digital Delivery Management (DDM) Accreditation Scheme by building SMART Singapore or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in implementing Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) for project delivery and built environment industry
