Main Responsibilities:

• Monitoring daily process and progress at Project Sites
• Experience in Architectural Trade
• To supervise and manage a group of carpenters/workers & sub-contractor in achieving production targets to meet project datelines.
• To supervise General Workers on the installation and construction issues
• Plan, monitor and arrange assignments for General Workers and Carpenters
• Perform quality check and ensure furniture/cabinets are fabricated accordingly to construction drawings.
• Attend site meeting.
• Conducts project site Inspection on a regular basis.
• Assist Project Manager/Project Director
• Other Ad-hoc assignment by Superior

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience with Interior background.
• Minimum higher NITEC / Diploma holders or candidates with relevant experience and proven track records will also be considered.
• Interior Design / Carpentry / Joinery knowledge preferred.
• Experience in construction / Furniture Industry will be an added advantage.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer specializing in Static Engineering to join a team for chemical projects. The candidate will manage and oversee the design, analysis, and implementation of static equipment and structures, ensuring project success in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead chemical project engineering from conception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Design & Analysis: Perform engineering design and analysis for static equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Installation Support: Provide technical guidance during installation, resolve issues, and ensure quality control.
• Safety & Compliance: Identify risks, ensure designs meet safety and regulatory requirements, and participate in safety reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in static engineering, preferably in chemical projects.
• 4+ years experience with engineering design software
• Strong knowledge of industry standards (ASME, API).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with chemical process engineering.
• Experience in Static design engineering
