- Collaborate with the Sales Team to understand project requirements and prepare design and specification documents, including floor plans and system configurations.
- Create Bill of Quantities based on client needs and budget considerations.
- Develop 2D and 3D design proposals, including space planning solutions, for the Sales Team.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, and coordinate with customers, contractors, installers, and suppliers throughout the project.
- Track project tasks to ensure timely completion and handle additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture/Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveying.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, design coordination, or quantity surveying.
- Experience in estimating quantities and materials for commercial interior design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator.
