Duties and responsibilities:

•To assist the Project Manager on project site work by focusing mainly on the aspects of construction, safety

quality management, project coordination of projects and maintenance works and to ensure smooth work

progress and completion within target time and budget.

• Liaise and coordinate with the stakeholders (e.g. clients, authorities, consultants) on permits, drawings and design matters.

• Develop projected milestones and operational plans which includes scheduling, monitoring and reviewing of the daily work progress.

• Preparation of engineering documentations, method statement, risk assessment, work instructions and daily progress reports with the project site team.

• Preparation of mark-up drawings and other supporting documents required for progress claims

• Responsible in coordinating and monitoring of site works including sub-con activities in compliance to relevant standards, practices, performance and specifications

• Preparation usage of required resources such as manpower, equipment, material and tools for schedule of resources during the course of the project

• Develop, evaluate and prepare execution plan through the understanding of project requirements and work scope.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Diploma / Degree in Civil / Mechanical engineering

• Experience: 2-3 years working with Oil and Gas plant experiences. (Entry Level are welcome)

• Software skills such Primavera P6 , MS Project, Autocad / BIM will be an advantage

• Assist Principal Project Manager (PRPM)/ Senior Project Manager (SPM)/ Project Manager (PM) in day-to-day management of the contract
• Advise the PRPM/SPM/PM on site quality and safety issues.
• Determine any non-conformances on works
• Liaise with Contractor to rectify any non-conformances and document them properly
• Ensure that decisions on site issues are conveyed to the Contractor within a reasonable time frame.
• Ensure that works are carried out according to specifications, drawings and programme without compromising on quality and safety
• Provide feedback to the PRPM/SPM/PM on quality and safety matters and suggest quality improvement measures for implementation on site
• Supervise installation of instrumentation and monitoring of instrumentation
• Lead a team of supervisors to ensure full time supervision of works on site by supervisor /client

Job Requirement

• Minimum Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in project/construction environment
• Proficient in relevant software programmes for planning and project work
• Pro-active team player with good analytical and communication skills
• Required to have at least 2 years of viaduct and/or flyover construction experience

Job Description:

• Assist to develop the project plans, policies, procedures, and performance standards in compliance with the company policies, statutory requirements and contract specifications
• Assist in planning the project schedules according to the customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track and update the schedule progress
• Monitor the project progression to ensure timely completion of all projects particularly the Testing & Commissioning (T/C) schedules
• Coordinate and work closely with the stakeholders, external parties and customers to plan, organize, and other related activities for the assigned projects
• Liaise, monitor and support all the concerned parties to facilitate smooth project activities and effective operations
• Responsible for site activities, coordination and supervision works related to engineering and system designs
• Perform project management duties including submission of documents with reference to specification compliances, attend project meeting, system coordination, design and plan out shop drawing
• Liaise with consultants, architects and contractors to settle all technical matters
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in the transportation related projects dealing with Tunnel Ventilation works and familiar with IEC 61508 and document submission for transportation projects
• Strong knowledge and full understanding of Instrumentation HVAC / ACMV control like AHU, Chillers, RCU etc
• Experience in SCADA software and strong knowledge of Industrial Control and Building Management System
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming
• Experience in Building Management System (BMS) / Environmental Control System (ECS) is a must
• Strong knowledge in designing a system for BMS/ECS system
• Able to manage full project cycle independently with minimum supervision and a good team player

· Project management and site visit.

· To be in charge of preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with co SOP

· Ad hoc emergency support after normal hour with overtime rate of 1.5

· 24/7 stand by on rotational schedule

Requirement

· Min ITE diploma in electrical/electronic / IT Engineering

· Proficient in AutoCAD and tender drawing

· Able to work in bilingual work environment

Added advantage:

• Experience in site work bn able to project manage.
• Familiar with Installation and commissioning of devices for Electronic Low Voltage (ELV) systems (examples: CCTV, Alarm System Intercom, Real time location (RTL) system.)
