The Capstone Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing partnerships with Capstone project partners, coordinating project mentors and learners' activities throughout the Capstone journey. This role ensures smooth communication between all stakeholders and tracks project engagement and outcomes, fostering a successful learning and project delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Partner Management:

· Act as the primary point of contact for Capstone project partners.

· Liaise with project partners to align project expectations, deliverables, and timelines.

· Communicate and coordinate project meetings with partners to ensure project alignment with course objectives.

2. Project Mentor Management:

· Facilitate communication between mentors, learners, and project partners to ensure effective guidance and support.

· Track mentor involvement and feedback to optimize the mentoring process.

3. Project Coordination:

· Assign and manage mentors for each Capstone project.

· Organize and facilitate communication sessions and mentorship sessions.

· Plan and manage Capstone Day 1 (Project Launch) and Day 2 (Final Presentation) events.

· Ensure all logistical arrangements for project delivery submissions and presentations are in place.

4. Learner Management:

· Coordinate learner project groups, ensuring that they are informed of project requirements and milestones.

· Monitor learner progress and provide support to address challenges faced during the project.

· Act as a liaison between learners, mentors, and partners to streamline communication.

5. Engagement and Outcome Tracking:

· Track learner engagement throughout the Capstone project period.

· Measure and report on the success of projects based on predefined outcomes.

· Review and feedback on both individual and group performances.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Minimum educational attainment of Diploma.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Proficient in both written and oral communication.

· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

· Possess relevant experience in managing educational programmes for a training or educational institution

· Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and project management tools is a plus.

· Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and tailor services to meet individual needs.

Job Description

As part of Nanyang Technological University Singapore, the College of Science which comprises three schools is home to more than 3,000 students, more than 230 faculty and 720 staff.

This incumbent will support the Assistant Dean in driving the business development and cultivating the ecosystem of CET at the College in line with the nation’s lifelong learning objectives. The incumbent will undertake horizon scanning of the lifelong learning to understand market trends and future directions. The incumbent will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders (including government agencies) in developing CET and enterprise-led training programmes and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface between College and Schools to harmonise the outreach strategies, implementation plans, and efforts and support the schools in their outreach.
• Manage upstream activity, including attending to all leads generated from sales and marketing campaigns and inquiries, drive lead conversion and reporting.
• Work with Professional & Continuing Education (PaCE) to support queries pertaining to operational matters.
• Work with internal teams to execute sales and marketing activities to promote College’s capabilities and demand generation programs through on and offline campaigns, events, media releases, case studies, or websites.
• Manage downstream activity, including working with PaCE Operation Team to ensure smooth delivery of courses and learner’s journey and experience management.
• Oversee the whole process of managing and responding to enquires, constantly engage them with regular updates of the programmes available, and eventually work towards the goal of having them sign up for the programmes
• Support in formulating sales and marketing tactics in line with the college’s priority, and business objectives

Competencies and Qualification Requirements

• Degree qualification from a recognized university
• Knowledge on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) / website design/ Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) will be an added advantage.
• Familiar/ well versed in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/ database management tools for tracking of leads, enquiries, and reporting purpose.
• Possess minimum 5 years of inbound and outbound sales experiences.
• Experience in hunting and farming sales in the Higher Education landscape. Professional services, and Consultative sales experience will be considered.
• Proven ability to convert leads into sales, demonstrated success from the funnel and lead management to close sales (registered + fee paid), and work with the sales operations/delivery teams to hand over the customer.
• Experience in implementing sales and marketing tactics, support proposal development, monitor, review and report on progress.
• Proficient in photo and video editing & tools
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with competing deadlines.
