Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Project Management and site supervision of all jobs under your preview including cost control, manpower deployment and ensuring all jobs are completed in accordance to the terms and conditions of the contract with the employers/customers.

• To provide timely information to the drafting section for the preparation of shop drawings, penetration drawings etc.
• Site coordination with all concerned parties and to resolve site problems.
• To ensure rectification works are in accordance to the specifications of the contract.
• If the need ever arises, you may be assigned any other duties either in the Fire Safety or in any other department from time to time.

• Position: Project Engineer (CONSTRUCTION)
• Location: Paya Lebar Quarter
• Working Hours: 6 days work week
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 + 14 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus + Medical/Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the smooth completion of the assigned project, in terms of both documentations and operational aspects
• Attend site meetings with the Main-Contractor whenever necessary
• Plan and make sure site work progress follows the Schedule
• To work closely with office staff to prepare monthly Progress Claims, Payment Certificates
• To ensure the works are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings and in accordance with contract specifications
• Manage and account for all materials & equipment delivered to site
• To manage workers’ time schedule
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in M&E, Construction Management or equivalent
• At least 1 year relevant work experience
• Possess good communication skill to manage project team and stakeholders

Responsibilities:

To manage and execute EMS/DMS SCADA projects and service contracts

Carry out routine and corrective maintenance, software enhancement, bug fixes, testing and commissioning to meet contractual requirements

Ensure smooth and proper execution of projects/contracts

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Software Engineering from a recognised Polytechnic/University

Preferably have some working experiences in executing /maintaining of SCADA and Substation Automation System.

Variable Bonus ranging from 1 to 6 months depending on individual and company performance

Working days: Monday to Friday (1 day work from home per week)
