We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as Project Manager for our Infra Projects. The key responsibilities include overseeing the project from start to finish, managing and motivating the team members, and liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for overall Planning, coordination, status reporting and Project execution
· Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget, adheres to high quality standards and meets user expectations
· Plans out the blueprints for the project, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and defining testing strategy
· Assemble and leads the project team by directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately
· Creates the project budget and ensures the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible
· Oversees consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion
· Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plan and/or resources to meet the needs of internal customers
· Coordinates communication with all stakeholders on project scope, budget, schedule and risks
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field
· Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required
· At least 10 years IT work experience, with at least 7 years in managing projects
· Experience with IT infra, including Systems & IOS upgrade, Data Centre, Network, VDI, End Point upgrades, Collaboration Services etc.
· Must possess knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques
· Experience in working with many stakeholders from different teams (business users, infrastructure, risk management, etc.)
· Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Demonstrate sense of urgency and undertake necessary steps to fulfil internal procedures/processes in accordance with compliance and governance framework
· Experience in Financial and Banking industry preferred
