The role

As a Business Risk manager, you will be a key important member of the team, committed to support the management team in developing and growing the business risk services practice, and help to build and maintain relationships with clients and play a key role in the successful delivery of services to our clients. The M&E Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and execution of all M&E works at site in a timely manner.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are as follows:

• Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule.
• Liaise with design consultants on the design intent.
• Coordinate with in-house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies.
• Check and prepare material samples with shop drawing submission.
• Assist in M&E coordination meeting.
• Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance.
• Assess, prepare and submit progress claims for project consultants & subcontractors.
• Coordinate and assist site superintendent on installation and maintenance of site temporary utilities services.
• Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.

• Minimum 1-3 years’ M&E service experience in Mid-scale building and A&A integration work

The Business Development Manager is a key contributor to business activities relating to Sales within the stated geographical region. Job Requirements:

• Degree level or equivalent
• Certification in Logistics and/or Supply Chain would be an added advantage
• More than 5 years in a customer facing role in freight forwarding, shipping line, air cargo, logistics, supply chain or similar industries, in the roles of business development, sales, commercial, operations or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Scope the system: Work closely together with the Product Owner and other squad members, to ensure right granularity of requirements specification on an epic / story level.
• Translate business needs: Create models, diagrams, presentations, and other documentations that support the target audience to understand the business requirements.
• Facilitate communication at team level to create consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions.

Skills Requirement

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or similar.

• Strongly familiar with Avaloq Core Platform; Avaloq certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of seniority and effectively engage in discussions with senior management.
