Responsibilities
> Leading project planning session for China & Singapore Market.
> To manage and consolidate accounts of subsidiary companies for projects in China Preferably with Industrial and Enterprise Operating knowledge and experience.
> the experience of Human Resources and Administration. management with practical knowledge of PRC labor laws and Ministry of Manpower to manage Projects.
> requirements for efficient managing of projects & contracts.
> Ability in the drafting of the Letter of Award for the building contract and projects.
> Review the projects and Contractor 's site team set up and technical capabilities with regard to site management and safety according to China laws.
> Review the projects /Contractor' s master program and actual site progress and ability to manage the projects/Contractor on catch up program in the event of a delay.
> Review the projects/ Contractor's submission on material sample with regard to quality and suitability.
> Review and comment on quality assurance ( quality assurance site checker ) weekly/ monthly reports.
> Conduct site meeting weekly, review the quality of work completed on site based on the contract provision, suitability and relevant China standard.
> Prepare and submit a monthly progress report on site progress, quality and major issues that require the attention of the company.
> Provide independent opinion on contractual claims and disputes.
> Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders in China & Singapore.
> Designing risk mitigation plan.
> Budgeting and forecasting for the China and Singapore business
> Verbal and written communication in Mandarin with investors and partners in China.
Required skills and qualifications
> Five or more years of experience in managing overseas project in a corporate setting.
> Proven record of success with the entire project process, from planning to closing.
> Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
> Superb leadership ability.
> Ability to travel at least 40% of the time (e.g to China in monthly basis with min stay of 10 to 14 days)
