Actual reporting

• Collect/consolidate the actual performance for the month, analyze the key variances versus forecast and write the commentary for management reporting

Orders / Shippable Orders / Backlog

• Ensure that entities upload weekly order data in HFM, analyze the key variances and 4-week moving average versus prior year and write the commentary for management reporting

Monthly Forecasting (Pre and Post Review)

• Prepare the forecast package/templates to be used for the monthly review with local entities

JOB SUMMARY:

The incumbent will coordinate with the Operations team and establish an efficient project-related documents control register, database and hard copy filing system. Responsible to ensure current versions of all documents are collated subject to revision and ensure current versions of documents are issued to project parties of Gradiant during construction, commissioning and operations phases. Overview:

The ideal candidate for this Business Controller role will be an energetic individual who is responsible for audit across the organisation’s various subsidiaries, ensuring proper compliance with all relevant policies and guidelines as well as managing process exceptions together with all process owners. Key Responsibilities:

1) Internal Audit
