• Facilitate system access and follow-up with service now system till closure.
• Offboarding: make sure exit leaver completes the exit process, handover of the physical assets and removal of all the access provided to the leaver during work.
• Monitor and track the access management and prepare review report to the management on timely basis.

Procurement and Finance Operations:

• Use Workday for all the procurement related process such as submit purchase requisition, creation of PO, check on budget availability, manage or close PO as per the changes in the contractor servicers.
• Ensure Asset Management of everyone is is been take care on timely basis.
• Check the invoices, make sure all the invoices are correct as per the timesheets etc.
• Manager office space management, handle contract invoices
• Generate budget management reports to the management as per the templates.

Contract Expiry Reminders and individual Access Management

• Maintain each individual (working for different project department), about their contract start and last date.
• Liaise with the concern hiring managers and vendors regarding their expiry or renewal of the contract.
• Ensure smooth transition of Contract End and make sure exit process of the resources happens smoothly.
