Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day management of the project.
• Conceptualise all development design requirements and formulate design briefs to ensure that there are aligned with the Company’s development strategy.
• Oversee design quality and progress of design concepts and design staff team at all levels
• Project planning, coordination, supervision, monitoring the project works.
• Estimation, establishing the budget and on-going project cost monitoring.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, clients, managements, subcontractors and any other related to projects.
• Manage the client, design consultants, fellow teammates and liaise with all relevant authorities to meet the project requirements.
• Layout space planning and prepare AutoCad drawings
• Coordinate and ensure work carried out is adherence to project schedule.
• Ensure site works are perform on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
• Manage work team to ensure project are delivered on time within budget and with the expected level quality
• Monitor Progress, quality of workmanship and compliance of requirements
• Responsive with frequent updates to project team and client
• Other miscellaneous / ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Relevant job experience (construction/commercial preferred).
• Proficient in 3D modelling & perspective drawings.

Job Description

• Assist and support Project Manager in Project Management And Project administration
• Manages all project administration document which include processing and filing management and internal communication.
• Communicate and work closely with customers, contractors, 3rd Party service providers.
• Handle general administrative duties.
• Provide administration support to operation as and when required.
• Follow up action items
• Process personal clearance and monitor to ensure clearance are up to date
• Communicate issues, and improvements to relevant business partners and find opportunities and alignments that will benefit other communities.
• Track project claim
• Monitor project progress and address potential issues
• And other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Diploma in building, Facilities management, civil engineering or equivalent certification preferred
• Good knowledge and skill in Project Management.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across projects, control teams & customers
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Project Administration for construction, design or building industry or property / facility management.
• Should be highly driven and independent; possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• PC literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description of Project Manager

Reporting to the Head of Project Management, the role is to lead a team of Engineers to manage assigned projects in government installations and commercial facilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

The Project Manager’s responsibilities will include:

· Lead a team of engineers, technicians and contractors to manage assigned projects.

· Perform Night Works duties when necessary.

· Ensure that contractors perform their services as per agreed KPIs.

· Manage expenditure, address to operational and administrative issues, and ensure procedures are carried out properly.

· Recommend, justify, and follow-through the variation of work orders.

· Prepare and present weekly and monthly project progress reports as defined by the Management and the client.

· Prepare a clear recommendation in respect of the Project’s quality, cost and time requirements and limitations.

· Perform project management work in building repairs and replacement and additional and alteration works.

· Conduct project meetings with Consultants, Contractors, Clients, etc.

· Coordinate closely with Contractors/ Sub-Contractors or site teams to ensure delivery of result.

· Work with multi-disciplinary Consultant to ensure project works complete on-time.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree in Project Management/ Facilities Management/ Construction Management or equivalent with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience or Diploma with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

· Experience in Planning, Management, Technical & Contractual skills will be an advantage.

· Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Due to the nature of the projects, night duty will be expected to be carried out from time to time as assigned by the Management.
