Your Career
You will center your role on relationship management to achieve measurable results in increased revenue, market share, and depth within each partner sales team. Your success in this role will span the creation and execution of unique business plans with each focus partner . You’ll be measured primarily on the execution of the joint business plans . You’ll be working within all levels of large partner organizations and possess a commitment that focuses on developing strategic partnerships based on a long term, “outcome where everybody wins” strategy.
Your Impact
- Engaging with key stakeholders (Regional Cloud GTM Teams, Regional Channel Directors, Channel Business Managers, etc.) build and execute on a JAPAC Prisma Cloud Ecosystem plan
- As part of the overall plan, identify and recruit new partners who will see Prisma Cloud as a relevant solution in their go-to-market strategy and which have the largest impact
- Develop and execute business plans driving all aspects of the partner relationship to maximize growth opportunities and ensuring partner is well-positioned to deliver successful customer implementations and recommendations
- Work well in a team environment to ensure partner and customer satisfaction
- Design compelling value proposition that inspire partners to promote our solutions
- Work with select partners and help them build a services catalogue around our cloud security offerings
- Provide clear and consistent communication across the region with your dedicated partners to build strong partnerships throughout your assignment
- Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with senior management and various stakeholders
- Build and maintain activity of performance reports and activity dashboards
Your Experience
- 7+ years of experience in partner sales, account management, or business development
- Experience working with Regional Systems Integrators, or born-in-the-cloud partners within the enterprise software ecosystem and/or public cloud industry
- Business relationships with Public Cloud Service Providers would be an advantage
- Understanding of channel operating models
- Experience in cloud technologies and/or security
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an overlay or product specialist role
- Experience in solution development with cross functional technologies or complimentary vendors
- Strong initiative and ability to think creatively with excellent presentation, written, and overall communication skills
- Consistent track record of leading complex sales situations through negotiation and conflict resolution
